“My 1998 4Runner rear lift gate was stuck and the latch could not operate. Jose examined and after a few hard pushes the latch worked. He even showed me where the problem is due to the loosen rubber seal and put it back. Guess what is the cost to fix this… a big friendly handshake.

“I’ve been a customer for several years and always found their service quality and customer service top notch. In addition, their integrity is what makes them special. For example. I brought my car in for several issues. They gave me the price and left the car to get serviced. They found an issue early on and called to verify and charged me a portion of the quote because they found a bigger issue early on.
Other shops could / would charge me the full amount and then let me know that they found a bigger issue. They never do. So #1 is trust and I trust them.”

“Recently, I purchased a Porsche Panamera Turbo from Mike and Joe and the experience was stellar. I am across the country in MA which does not always make things easy logistically, but anytime I needed something or had a question, Mike and Joe picked up right away and had the answer I needed. “Although I no longer live in the Bay Area, I want to highlight my experience with Kevin & Conner's shop. If I had to choose one word to describe working with Kevin, it would be HONEST. He never tries to upsell unnecessary services. For example, when my previous vehicle (an Audi with just over 100k miles and high maintenance costs) started giving me trouble, I asked Kevin for his advice. He gave me a straightforward, neutral perspective without pushing me in either direction.
If you're looking for a mechanic who lures you in with a low estimate only to surprise you later with unexpected charges, this is not that place. Kevin is upfront, reliable, and trustworthy.
Over the years, he serviced multiple vehicles for me and even helped me purchase a new car. If I still lived in the area, I would not hesitate to go back.
The only con is that they are busy which is a byproduct of several years of goodwill.”

Because of my experience, friends are always asking me for repair recommendations.. I have trouble with that, since I do all my own repairs and have been away from the trade for so long. But I do believe PAS to be a fair, honest, reliable, courteous, and friendly place. Nobody is perfect, but they try harder than most.”
