We had an incredible experience thanks to Ana at the Pleasanton location. She went above and beyond helping my husband and me transfer all of our information from our old phones to our new ones. She patiently answered every question we had and made sure everything was set up correctly before we left.
What really stood out was her dedication to customer service. Ana is about eight months pregnant and was still working incredibly hard to help customers. The store was scheduled to close within the hour, and she stayed focused on making sure we were completely taken care of.
We later realized she hadn't even had a chance to take her lunch because the store had been so busy. While our phones were transferring, she briefly grabbed something to eat in the back but still prioritized helping us.
She was kind, professional, patient, and genuinely pleasant the entire time. Before assisting us, I even saw her handle a difficult customer with impressive composure and kindness.
Ana also helped us find the right phone solution for our daughter and walked us through the parental control options so we could make the best choices. She's extremely knowledgeable and suggestive. We ended up adding an additional line that works perfectly for our family.
Ana truly represents what great customer service looks like. Five stars all the way — and if I could give ten, I absolutely would.”
“Recently, my wife and I visited the Walnut Creek store at 1345 South Main Street. Our purpose was to purchase the new iPhone 17 Pro. We were greeted by a sales associate who introduced himself as Sid. He was very professional, and his presentation explaining certain attributes about the phones was excellent. He was patient, and perhaps most of all, he was a good listener. When we had what might be construed as silly questions, he immediately assured us that his purpose was to ensure that he met our needs, and he encouraged us to ask any and every question until we felt satisfied in making our decision to purchase the phones. When we left the store with our new phones, we were comforted knowing we had made the right decision, thanks in part to the high professionalism of Sid.”

I didn’t feel any pressure or weird behavior from him on trying to upsell me on anything. I upgraded my phone and prior to purchasing my new phone, he walked me through everything clearly. “Jacob helped me transfer 3 numbers from my previous carrier to Verizon and add one more number to make it 4 BYOD for $100 of the unlimited welcome plan. No hassle no hidden fees, everything done in 25 minutes. My 2 own devices cannot be distinguished online and Jacob helped me out. Clearly he is very good and I strongly recommend him! My last 2 trips in ATT and cricket are way slower than Jacob!”
“Not sure why this particular Verizon store isn’t sporting higher than a 3.1 star rating, but it’s absolutely not because of people like Alex !
This guy spent warm, quality time with us in setting up our new IP17s and really took us under his wing to make sure that we were taken care of and that we had a great customer experience. We felt he made us smarter as a result of the generous time he spent with us.
In my opinion, he sets the example for not only the valued service elements of a phone store, but those that any business should strive to provide in pursuit of a loyal customer base.
I just hope that Verizon realizes how lucky they are to have someone like Alex on their team !”

The Xfinity over the phone team screwed me over, put me on the wrong plan which ended up not qualifying me for the Black Friday promo.
Leann was able to give me multiple options which led us to a resolution.
