“Always good service from the staff, I have never had problems with packages that do not arrive, I have had the mailbox for 3 years and it has worked
The times it has not arrived is due to an error on the part of the parcel, not the post office.
Recommended for price and proximity to the border, really only once a month I go for packages or letters, it is functional and meets everything that is needed”

“I always go to Bonita USPS to send mail to my family and friends here and international. Everyone there is always so nice and helpful. One person I have had frequent contact with is a lady named “Mylene” She is always smiling, so helpful no matter what I ask she patiently helps me and always greets you with a smile and very nice conversation. She gets the job done quickly and efficiently. Love going into this post office. Thank you Mylene and all staff keep up good work.”

But standing in line allows the opportunity.

“A package was undeliverable because my unit number was left off so I called and the woman who answered the phone (should have asked her name) went out of her way to find it and actually called me back and had it sent to my place the next day saving it from being returned back to the East Coast .thank you so much for you help. “I just want to thank George at Coronado Post office for answering my plea for help. I'd left my drivers licence inside when counter help was tracking my package. I forgot to retrieve it and left. After arriving home, I realized I'd left it. The post office was already closed for the weekend, but when I went around the back and called for help, George came out. I told him what had happened and he went back in to find it and brought it out to me. Thank you George!! ??”

“The best way to receive mail and online shopping packages. Tip: You have to go in person, they have so many costumers that they don't answer the phone often.”

“Very agile and fast procedures as long as you bring an appointment. It is highly recommended to go with an appointment. You do not need to arrive more than 5 minutes early.”

“The passport service was fine. The lady with a latin accent (Mary?) was polite with me. She then asked a grown Black man if he was blind because the line was long and he said he would wait until closing time for something he needed. He was persistent still not cool the way she treated my man. Then the big girl with the glasses kicked him out saying they were days behind on something. Mean people, confusing place, but okay service.”

“Kinda rude... the guy left the young special needs lady waiting so the other lady helped her. SMH. The DON'T DO RENEWAL! Let's see if this young last helps me and I will up my stars. She was a lot of help At first she looked like she was about to dismiss me but she grabbed my stuff checked it she was amazing her name is Kathy”

“I sell collectable cards and love going to this location. The staff is always accommodating and nice, and i've never had any difficulty receiving or sending packages. Note; these are expensive items too, always in the $500+ range for a couple cards.Sad to see the care the post office gives be scrutinized by the rare few with strong negative opinions.”
