βOur Yukon XL have the front end smashed in. They got me in same day and had it fixed in two weeks flat. They used genuine parts and fought with my insurance company to pay for the alignment that they did not want to cover. They even cleaned my vehicle before they gave it back. It looks better than before the accident. I will recommend them any chance I get.β
βJack Sweeney is always available to assist. My charger was not working at home. I left him a VM early this morning and he got back to me immediately. I drove over and he checked out my car immediately. The cat is charging and I have to call an electrician :).β

βMy husband and I aren't new to MINI, having had three previous MINIs purchased from other dealerships, but this experience certainly made the brand feel fresh and new - in addition to coming back to the MINI family two generations later.
Brian was incredibly helpful and patient, respecting my specific requests and needs and never laying on the pressure too thick. He clearly is passionate and knowledgeable about the brand and models, and was always ready to answer my questions right off the bat. Once all the paperwork was signed and done, he also took the time to walk me through setup on my new Countryman, ensuring my husband and I were ready to drive off with no hiccups.
Aside from Brian, the rest of the team at Crevier was great.; Jim was friendly and informative as well, letting us know he'd be in touch in a couple weeks to ensure we were doing all right with the new addition to the car family. The lease turn-in team also took really great care of us and were incredibly accommodating with my BMW i4 as we handed over the keys. George in Finance was also informative without being overly hands-on or firm with sales tactics, and managed to work with MINI Financial to ensure we were taken care of before signing everything.
Even though we're not left with many other options in Orange County in terms of MINI dealerships, I am so grateful and relieved to know that Crevier MINI really stands behind stellar service and taking care of their customers <3β

βEveryone is friendly. Just felt my part was too expensive and just getting a new starter was $694.49. They were very quick getting my car fixed and I was happy with everything except the price of the part and I was charged 475 for labor? I was told by a few people that the labor rate and how many hours it took....there was no mention of that on my receipt. So the starter was 272.73 and labor was 475.00 ...694.69 total. I had to borrow money to pay this. I'm a single retired woman, it going to take me awhile to pay this back.β
βWent in for the regular 60k trans flush for my 2006 bmw Z4 at good price. Interior noise has reduced dramatically. Driving is more bearable now. They did a great job! Will definitely make them my main shop for my bimmer.β

I was in a bit of a pickle since my car needed to be serviced on the Friday of 4th of July, and most shops were closed up until the weekend -- I urgently needed my car up-and-running by Monday for a road trip. Naturally, after several phone calls, BC Advance Auto Repair was the only one that picked up.
First and foremost, the service experience is awesome. There's a break room with water, AC, restroom, and Wi-Fi to wait while your car is being serviced. My technician was the owner, Anthony (or Huy), was very detailed-oriented, intelligent, and reassuring with my issue. His Vietnamese and English is also perfect, if that is a concern.
I received an oil change with a highly rounded/stripped oil pan bolt and tire rotation. The pricing was very reasonable, and I was pleased to see that the work was done right. Anthony also explained in detail the work performed, and gave a receipt. Moreover, they also provided me the original bolt and the remaining new oil.
Definitely one of the best auto repair shops in Orange County. Will definitely come again. Come here for honest, reasonable, quality auto repair services!β
βWe visited VW South Coast on a whim after a very frustrating experience at a local GMC dealership. Best decision I could ah e made! It was the best car buying experience of my life. We found a car on their website while being ignored at the first dealership. When we got there we were immediately greeted by Jim Wren. He asked if we had a vehicle in mind already or we were just browsing, and I showed him the car we found on their website. He showed us the car without any sales pitch or sales tactics, just let us come to our own conclusions. He took amazing care of us, as did the floor manager and finance manager, Jan. There was no hard sell, no hidden fees, and NO PRESSURE. I told them what I was looking for as far as my trade-in and my payment and they BEAT IT. 12/10, cannot recommend enough. I will be back, for sure.β

βContacted the guys at G-force about re-gearing my 99 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 2012 Jeep JK Rubicon axles and installing my PSC hydro assist ram. They got back to me with a quote pretty quick compared to other companies I contacted. They were reasonably priced and were able to get me in the following week (2 weeks before KOH). I picked the jeep up 2 days later. Their work was amazing! They made custom mounts to double shear both ends of the hydro assist ram and got me new hydro lines since the ones with my kit were to short for the amount of travel I have (Iβm glad the flexed it out and double checked). I highly recommend G-Force if you need high quality work at a fair price and lead time.β

βMAC is awesome. Fair prices with knowledgeable mechanics. They rebuilt the transmission for my 02 Honda Odyssey. They have also relearned the crankshaft position sensor on to my 07 Pontiac G6. Good people. If need be definitely going back.β

βThe biggest fear most people have when it comes to going to the mechanic is honesty. I've lived in Santa Ana for over 2 years now, and I finally needed to find a mechanic. I checked out Autocare Express, and I'm very pleased with them. Kevin is very good with communicating, and he doesn't just dismiss an issue or think he has all of the answers. I was having door lock issues, and he researched the problem online to make sure his course of action would work. After ordering a part, installing it, and fixing the issue, Kevin wanted to make sure the issue was indeed fixed and that I was satisfied. He let me have my vehicle back (without paying), so I could drive it for a couple of days and make sure things seemed to be sorted out.
Finding a mechanic you can trust is one thing. Finding a mechanic who trusts YOU is a whole other thing. My vehicle is running smoothly, and I'm very pleased with this place. I'm glad that I can now say I have a local mechanic I trust to go to when I have issues with my vehicle.
I definitely recommend this place. Parking can be a bit crazy due to the other businesses around the shop, but if you call them, they can instruct you where to park, such as in their shop. Don't let parking deter you. This place is good.β
