“Extraordinary!One word to describe Jose at American breakers! Our main circuit breaker went out on a Saturday , called an electrician, who said he couldn’t get the part until late Monday, which means a whole weekend with no power. We tried to locate the part ourselves with no luck until we got a phone call back from Jose add American breakers on Sunday, telling us that he was out of town, but that he would meet us at the shop at 7 PM. At 7 PM on the dot he called and was at the shop with our part. By 830 we had power!We are so grateful, to Jose, who went way above, and beyond what would be expected! We highly recommend him and American breakers! Thank you!”

I told my husband several reviews stated lack of customer service. I need to state the facts. We came in with a list of questions and everyone from the young lady at the register to the two gentleman behind the counter were impressionable. Kind, knowledgeable and we didn't feel rushed. Needless to say we arrived around 4:35pm. We left with a printed estimate, recommendations and color samples. Not to mention they answered all of our questions. They carry plywood from Baltic Birch, Birch, MDF, MDF ,Ultra light, CDX, ACX, maple , MDO, MDX ,white melamine vinyl ,black melamine, Hard Rock Maple melamine, teak and teak with Holly shop Red Oak White Oak Rift and white oak ect.. 4 by 8 and some 4 by 10 and they do carry lumber as well from poplar ,soft maple ,hard maple, soft Brown Maple walnut , sapele , cherry ,Alder teak African mahogany Red Oak White Oak Rubberwood. They also carry some hardware for cabinets. So just stop by or give us a call....”

“I called Walters in Santa Ana, California looking for a specific lighting fixture for my office. It was an LED recessed light that burned out (actually, two of them burned out), that were installed in 2017. The easiest fix was to replace them with the same fixture. I did some initial searches for the light fixture, and couldn't find the model.So I called Walters Wholesale Electric and a gentleman named Don B. answered the phone. Not only was he courteous and helpful, he was EXCEPTIONAL in his customer service. I gave him the serial number for the light fixture, and emailed him photos of the light and fixture. Within 5 minutes he called me back to let me know they didn't carry that light. But...he searched it on the internet and found Lowes had them - in stock at the location near me. Who does that? He went the extra mile to find a solution to my problemIt was a discontinued item, but Lowes indeed had some stock left, and I was able to complete my project.Thank you Don. I will certainly return to Walters for my next lighting project.”
