“I never really come here for cell phones but I will admit the retail worker is friendly, is honest, and this place provides good prices for getting a cellphone upgrade when you switch to a new line. I don't like where the location of this retail is as it's quite ghetto and could use a new touch up. But if your looking to get a cellphone I recommend it here 7/10 (in my opinion)”

“About a year ago, I came to this T-Mobile store to buy a new phone for my father, and unfortunately, the customer service at that time was not the best. The staff seemed unmotivated and didn’t really make much effort to help us. I wasn’t sure what was going on—maybe I came at the wrong time or on a bad day.
Fast forward to yesterday, I received my new iPhone in the mail, but I accidentally removed my eSIM and needed to go into a T-Mobile store for help. This location is only about 5 minutes from my home, so it was the most convenient, but honestly, I was hesitant to come back because of my past experience. I almost drove farther just to avoid repeating that.
I decided to give this store another chance—and I’m really glad I did.
As soon as I walked in, I was greeted right away and only waited about 2 minutes. Miguel greeted me and kindly let me know he would help me shortly. He was super friendly, energetic, and made me feel genuinely welcome. That instantly changed my mood and made me feel more relieved instead of worried.
Diego then helped explain the process and fixed the issue with my phone. Everything was smooth, quick, and professional. I was in and out in about 30 minutes.
