“I found these awesome Reebok's at Marshall's but sadly I got a size too big and couldn't find my actual size. So i looked up the name of it and found it on the WSS website. It actually said they had them available but when I physically went to the store i couldn't find them. I asked the employee and he was so patient and very courteous. He checked the back first but came back with a white version instead of black which is what I wanted. i tried on the white and ended up wanting it too!! But I told him that it said on the website the black was available. He couldn't find it so he offered to call other locations. The one in Santa Ana had it so he told them to hold it for me. I ended up getting the white one at this location and the black one in the other and even got a cheaper deal for doing that. Most people are such in a rush or they don't want to help so I was pleasantly surprised that he helped me and took his time to help me.”

“Thank you to Sally who helped me exchange a watch that didn’t work properly. She was kind enough to try to help me with another of the same watch but seemed defective and it also did not work. She suggested a different one which was a bit more but was similar and I was good with that. She was friendly and knowledgeable. When I walked in, it looked like she was training someone on register. She acknowledged me after she turned and asked what I needed. I had been standing there for a bit . 2 associates were at the counter and one young lady texting on phone. Neither acknowledged and even when they looked up they didn’t greet. Sally asked for one of the guys to open counter door and he walked towards a different counter and didn’t acknowledge the kid that needed help. Your other associates wander don’t help r greet customers..Sally looked like she was babysitting grown people. She was the only one greeting . I’m a retail manager and your store lacks friendly engaging associates. I think your store makes sales on its own, you’d probably make more of your associates engaged w customers to help them.”

“Came in to buy my son's birthday gift & was just gonna buy his sweatpants because they didn't carry the Dodgers shirt that I wanted at this location. So the girl at the register rang us up & I asked if she knew what location closest to us had it available, & she searched it up for us & let us know that we could pay for it right then & go & pick it up as well at the other location. So I was like cool, let me do that.
Glad she was very helpful & not just trying to rush us out of there. Taking your time to help out goes a long way, because if she would've been the opposite I would just never go back to that location...but I will!”
“I've had so many compliments on these amazingly comfortable running clothes. I even wear them on errands. The artwork is vivid and looks brand new after years of wash and wear. Although they look great, the performance is outstanding. They don't chaffe or ride up or show sweat (even after a half marathon) and have great moisture wicking ability.”

“I have made a number of purchases here at Ammo Bros. All went on as you would expect from a properly operating place. You either know what you want and they get that exact item, or you ask them and they usually give you options, based on expert knowledge. They DO HAVE expert knowledge. No problems. Until I had an issue from a supplier side (wrong item in a set from a manufacturer). The store manager, Robert, stepped in and took care of biz in short order, very efficiently. Really, nothing else I could ask for. This store is my number one stop if I shop for anything they carry, especially with Robert running things.”

I was already irritated with my boyfriend because he's going back and forth between which hat to purchase. Excellent customer service and so friendly! They design their own hats monthly and you can even customize your own. Their embroidery machine was down though.”
