“I’ve been going to this branch for many years and after seeing how terrible the reviews are here, I wanted to post my own review in my experiences. I recall once going to the bank only to return the next day realizing I had lost $100 I mentioned it to one of the Bank employees when I was leaving and he said for me to go and check with the teller and see if somebody turned it in, I thought there would be no way someone would turn it in. I described the bill was unique and had some writing on it that I noticed they went into the safe and found my hundred dollars and gave it to me. I was pretty impressed and now that I go there And I am disabled. I often have a hard time standing or walking after long days of work. They always notice and offer for me to have a seat and hold my place in line for me. I think that is an incredible amount of care to watch over their customers , it tells me that they absolutely notice and pay attention to us. Thank you, Wells Fargo.”
