Hats Unlimited is a fun, cute shop in the heart of Santa Barbara with a very cool and extensive array of hats. They have all sorts of hats, a large selection with a hundred or so options. The sales staff is polite, helpful, patient, and attentive. It is a great store for unprepared tourists and a go-to hat supply shop, highly recommended. Customers leave happy with great hats of good quality.

We were lucky with the service in this store. The two ladies were very patient, attentive to details and our needs, and did everything to make sure we left the store happy. The selection is also quite extensive. We got some great hats and a cap, all of good quality. I highly recommend this store to everyone!
