“This place is great and I told Kien, he is such a nice guy. Great customer service. Long story short, I got into my first accident in 35 years. Not knowing what to do or how my insurance would handle everything. So this may be giving a good review to State Farm too. But State Farm got me a rental and recommended Fix Auto on their preferred list, me never having heard of them. But right from the start, their customer service and level of support was top notch, letting me know what they were doing, needed to do, time frame, etc. When I went to pick up the car when done, they even said it was okay if I drove and dropped off my rental car there and they would take care of it. My car was fixed right and looks great. They work well with you, the insurance company and the rental car place. Getting into an accident sucks, you know it does. But Kien at Fix Auto alleviated so much of my problems and stress about it all, by working with all of the entities involved. Thus, I am giving 5 stars ( I would have given more if allowed to) and a clear recommendation.”

“I happen to find Premier based on google reviews 5⭐️. I brought my car in after my insurance company gave an estimate. The owner Scott and his guys did an estimate, double what my insurance company said. I couldn’t believe how wonderful this shop is. Scott and his team of magicians got the car put back together in a better than factory new condition. I’ve had experiences at other shops and hands down Scott is the best, don’t go anywhere else for your collision work needs. All details are covered by Scott with all the high tech laser paint scanner to the factory spot welders frame machines that put your car back on the road. Scott is incredibly thorough explaining and showing photos of all the work. If I could give a higher rating I would, 5 platinum stars for Premier!”

“Residents of Willow Glen and Almaden are extremely fortunate to have a neighborhood auto mechanic like LGB Auto. I was convinced that all the honest mechanics had disappeared a long time ago. But the owner of LGB is straightforward and honest on the work that needs to be done. I've used him since his business opened a number of years ago for both of my family's cars. I have never been disappointed with any aspect of his service including price, turn-around-time and quality of workmanship. The owner really knows his stuff and is totally straightforward to deal with. I recommend him highly and without any reservation.”

“2022 Supra A91 CF edition 1 of 600. Extremely delicate phantom matte grey paint. Went to 30+ high-end body shops in the bay area to get my carbon fiber hood and trunk (spoiler holes) fixed. 99% of the shops refused to work on the trunk/hatch and most of them seemed hesitant to color match the matte paint. Price is extremely fair. Definitely not expensive. Save 10% for regret or just go here. Ask many supra owner which of my panels were repainted and they couldn't tell the difference, just to show the level of this shop. Truly surprised and amazed at the final product. Tony always picks up the phone. At first I didn't really care about customer service but I realized I don't want to go to the shop that doesn't want my money. They don't BS you here. "No that's not a good idea" = don't do it. If they can work on this car with 4 different type of antennas in the rear and paint match it to this level then you can bring any of your cars here. Sleep well at night not worrying about having to go back to complain etc”

The entire process starting from setting up an appointment, dropping off, inspection, working with insurance, repair, and pickup went extremely smoothly. In both cases, they did a great job with the repair, on schedule, and within the quoted price. The people who work there are very nice. Highly recommended.

“This past Saturday, I had a lucky break. The owner (John Federico) and his mechanic resolved an urgent problem with my car and refused to charge me for it. They were very kind. Not to mention very capable mechanics. I saw how they fixed my vehicle.

I was on Scott Blvd when I realized my engine cover under the car was about to fall off. It was almost 4:30pm. I thought I better rush to nearest Toyota dealership but on further thought, it would be too late to get there. Hence I googled and found Santa Clara Auto Care which was minutes away. Luckily, they were open. They were there to catchup on a job. Nevertheless, they took time out to help me. I am really grateful for their kindness.

The owner also has other shops in the area that specialize in Mercedes and BMWs. We chatted and I got to see his reworked antique chevrolet. I am not certain but it looks like 1969 Camaro. The owner is a real car lover. So nice to have met him! Thank you!”

“My 1997 Saturn SL2 was not passing smog and I had been trying all of the inexpensive fixes. My numbers did get better and the car felt as if it were running better, but my hydrocarbon numbers for the 15 mile and hour test were still 6 points too high. The only thing left was to replace my catalytic converter. I had gone to El Camino Mufflers 6 years ago and had my catalytic converter replaced when my check engine light went on. (This time the light was not on.) He did a great job then, but I had to wait a couple of days for the part. This time when I pulled up he wasn't busy. It was during the day on a week day. He told me that the prices for catalytic converters had gone way up, which I knew, and it would cost a lot more than $200.00 like 6 years ago. Fortunately, he was able to get a catalytic converter that fit my car delivered in about 20 minutes, and in less than an hour he replaced it. He found me a chair to sit on while I waited. It did cost me $695 this time which I had expected. He showed me the old one and it was full of carbon and explained to me that all old cars burn a little oil and carbon builds up in the catalytic converters. He said I would likely need a new one in 2 years the next time I needed it smogged. I took the car back to the smog check place and my car passed with flying colors. I highly recommend this shop.”

“I recently drove from NYC to CA in my 1966 fastback; had a slight mishap on the way that produced a nasty oil leak, plus she was running hot and rough, and during some earlier work her windshield wiper fluid apparatus had somehow vanished. Luckily a friend in the area pointed me towards Mustang Fever; first time I brought her in, Mitch (the Mustang Whisperer) put her on the hoist but the source of the leak remained a mystery, and he already had his hands full with other jobs, so I had to bring her back. He kept her for three days, found the source of the leak, trimmed the shroud so she ran cooler, made the pistons sound less like John Bonham on speed and more like JB on 'ludes, and installed a fantastic wiper fluid tank. After that she ran like a dream, and easily made the return trip back to the city. I will definitely bring her back for tweaks whenever I am out there, cos Mitch is a magician who I cannot recommend highly enough. If you're in the Santa Clara area and you have a classic Mustang that needs fixing, don't go anywhere else!”
