“We had two dents repaired on our Rivian — one large and one smaller — and were referred to Jason Kahl of Precision Body Workz. Jason and his colleague Mario did outstanding work using the Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) method.
They brought the panels back beautifully, keeping nearly all the original paint intact. Given the size and location of the larger dent, it’s impressive that only a very small area at the seam had minor cracking.

“My 1997 Saturn SL2 was not passing smog and I had been trying all of the inexpensive fixes. My numbers did get better and the car felt as if it were running better, but my hydrocarbon numbers for the 15 mile and hour test were still 6 points too high. The only thing left was to replace my catalytic converter. I had gone to El Camino Mufflers 6 years ago and had my catalytic converter replaced when my check engine light went on. (This time the light was not on.) He did a great job then, but I had to wait a couple of days for the part. This time when I pulled up he wasn't busy. It was during the day on a week day. He told me that the prices for catalytic converters had gone way up, which I knew, and it would cost a lot more than $200.00 like 6 years ago. Fortunately, he was able to get a catalytic converter that fit my car delivered in about 20 minutes, and in less than an hour he replaced it. He found me a chair to sit on while I waited. It did cost me $695 this time which I had expected. He showed me the old one and it was full of carbon and explained to me that all old cars burn a little oil and carbon builds up in the catalytic converters. He said I would likely need a new one in 2 years the next time I needed it smogged. I took the car back to the smog check place and my car passed with flying colors. I highly recommend this shop.”

At One Stop, Sond (sp?) came out, pushed, pulled and tapped, and fixed the bumper. He was the bumper whisperer and charged me NOTHING! Amazing. Can’t say enough good things!!”
“I’ve been in to the TPS Santa Clara shop a few times over the years. Mike (the owner) is a serious car guy and supports many local events & charities.
With my C1 LS3-powered vette, TPS added a new intake, coil covers, exhaust cut-outs, and power steering cooler. Plus oil change and dyno tune. His guys definitely know their stuff and do quality work.
With my reproduction Subaru-powered 550 Spyder, their resident “Subaru-guy” did an oil change and general service. It was fun talking with him about cars. He clearly loves what he does.
I like that Mike and their shop are flexible, will work on almost anything, and are very reasonable with their pricing.”

“Absolute best auto body I've ever encountered, and I've met and worked with many! My highline special vehicle needed a full panel replacement and structural straightening after it was attacked by an oak tree. Now it's impossible to tell which panel is new, absolutely perfect metallic paint matching, factory rivet matching, and glue matching. I'm so dang happy about this. These guys do collector cars restoration work, and production car insurance work. They are genuinely on the same automotive near autism spectrum that all us most discerning enthusiasts are on also. I've never in my life felt comfortable recommending an auto body business before. Works is the top of the pyramid. You'll pay extra for this all, but not as much as you might think.”
“I recently drove from NYC to CA in my 1966 fastback; had a slight mishap on the way that produced a nasty oil leak, plus she was running hot and rough, and during some earlier work her windshield wiper fluid apparatus had somehow vanished. Luckily a friend in the area pointed me towards Mustang Fever; first time I brought her in, Mitch (the Mustang Whisperer) put her on the hoist but the source of the leak remained a mystery, and he already had his hands full with other jobs, so I had to bring her back. He kept her for three days, found the source of the leak, trimmed the shroud so she ran cooler, made the pistons sound less like John Bonham on speed and more like JB on 'ludes, and installed a fantastic wiper fluid tank. After that she ran like a dream, and easily made the return trip back to the city. I will definitely bring her back for tweaks whenever I am out there, cos Mitch is a magician who I cannot recommend highly enough. If you're in the Santa Clara area and you have a classic Mustang that needs fixing, don't go anywhere else!”
