“My brother needed a phone upgrade so my mom and I tagged along to see the process. Trevor, the guy that helped us, was super friendly and super courteous. He gave us details regarding plans on phone upgrades, told us about deals regarding accessories and future upgrades and services and was a downright fun person to chat with. In between my brother getting his phone set up (data transfer + screen protector installation done by Trevor) and paying for accessories we ended up having conversations about video games and anime which was pretty cool. I was also surprised at how fast Trevor worked and was really glad he was patient with us. He did mention that he had 10 years of service in the field and knows a lot about the products and services they offer which helped a lot especially since we had a lot of questions. I didn't catch the other employee's name (he had a big beard and wore an AT&T hat) who was also helping us out, but he was really chill and helpful too. Overall our experience today was very pleasant and it's making me want to get a phone upgrade ASAP. 5 stars, thank you Trevor!”

“Came in here and got my phone fixed by Sohail. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. He fixed my iphone Xs in 15 mins and even charged it for me while I walked around the mall for an hour. If you don't want to pay for an arm and a leg and want to have your hardware fixed by a reliable source, come HERE! And talk to my friend Sohail :) he certainly knows what he's doing! If ever in need of future repairs, I'll be sure to return here and refer my friends as well, no doubt.”

“Best customer service! Shenise was our Verizon associate who helped us navigate through the process and Taylor-Cathrine the manager who answered our questions in details. We switched from one carrier to Verizon with different small bumps in the road that we presented in the process but their patience, professionalism, knowledge-base and teamwork was able to solve and make the switch. “I called the store and was helped by Walid. I wanted to purchase 2 iPads and get them set up with 5G. He did an amazing job quoting me, answering all my questions, and trying to address my needs without making me feel pressured. Outstanding service! After doing some shopping, I found a better deal with a different carrier but I hope that doesn't make you guys think the other carrier is better. He explained things super patiently even though the store was supposed to chose in the next five minutes. He even helped me and another customer after the clock already had hit 8 pm. “The times that I have written reviews are very few. After looking at the reviews there are a few negative ones, they are most likely because of old management. I went in yesterday @ around 7 to pay off the rest of my phone because the camera was damaged and to then upgrade to a new one. I couldn't be more grateful to have been approached by a manager named Clarissa. She saved me a good chunk of money because I had forgotten that I had the insurance and she helped me file an insurance claim. So I only had to pay $250 for a complete replacement of the phone!! If it wasn't for her giving me all the options she could've I would've ended up spending more money than I did!!”
