“I got my chihuahua mix in 2011 when it was downtown. My dog is kind of a finicky eater and I finally got her to eat fresh pet in the rolls but every where else they are all sold out. A really nice Lady took my name and number and ordered some for me. She said they will call me on Thursday. Perfect because I just have enough food to last. They will let me order every week or month now so I will never run out and I don’t have to pay the high delivery fee I was paying. They are soNice at Andy’s she gave my dog a treat while we were talking”

“Very wonderful staff!Unfortunately, we could only get cold water and frigid air at the wash station, and our dog, Rin was not happy. Upper management needs to update the self pet-wash system! Staff were so nice, and helpful even though we were frustrated with the cold water. We will definitely go back for shopping, just not for baths.”

“I take my 5 doggies here to get bathe every time. I also buy some of their food here also, they have great quality of food and toys for my doggies. I like that they keep their dog wash station very neat and clean. I would like yo add that they need to service their blow dryer because it needs to come out hot air instead of cold, and some of the spray gun leak when you have it shut off. Other than that this place is nice. And doggies love it!”

“I frequent Unleashed by Petco often while out walking my furry companion. The staff here is always welcoming and ready to provide basic training tips. They also spoil my dog with occasional treats which we both appreciate. It’s nice to have access to their restroom and a water fountain for my dog during our visits. The store boasts a well-stocked inventory, catering to a variety of pet needs. I’m always on the lookout for their clearance sales which offer great deals. Plus, they match online prices, making shopping here a pleasant and economical experience. Highly recommend for all pet owners!”

“Cute little shop in Japan town! They have a large and diverse selection of treats you usually do not see anywhere else! Different small brands and unique proteins! Lots of cute food themed toys! Cute p*** bag holders! They have gotten a lot of new stock these days, so much to look at. They still have my dog's pictures up after many years The girls working are sweet and greet you as you come in. My dog won a Kong during their egg hunt! She is happy! Uses it everyday”

“This location is smaller than the Campbell location, but has the same great customer service and friendly, very helpful staff found at every P.F.E. I've been to. Additionally, we've been taking our dogs to use the self serve dog bath stations here for years. The staff here have always been very helpful whenever we needed assistance with the baths, towels, and when we needed to find certain treats or other dog products.Pet Food Express routinely has the best quality food products for our picky, very well cared for German Shepherd (and previously our collie as well). We always come here for the Rawbble.”

“Chick n Bees is our go-to place for chicken supplies now. Melody goes out of her way to make sure your chicken experience is as positive as possible. She is very knowledgeable and shares a wealth of resources that she has. She's generous with her time and even let me bring in a sick chicken so that she could advise me on what to do when no vets were open. Her instincts were very accurate and I'm forever grateful for her kind treatment of our sick bird.”

Our dog, Frankie, didn’t like going to grooming before, but when we discovered Trim, he totally enjoyed it, and doesn’t fight to go inside, he actually enters the shop so happy!! “This is the BEST dog groomers ever! They are professional, friendly, and are so amazingly skilled at grooming dogs! Their facilities are super clean and spacious. You book your appointments on their portal which makes it super easy. The staff truly cares about the dogs, and are so personable.They ask the right questions to ensure your dog is comfortable, and get the grooming you desire.They are also extremely organized which makes the process seamless! My little pup Chloe has never been sooo soft & cute!! She looks like a little princess after her grooming sessions! “Definitely will cost you to come here, but how can you resist the cute things they have? They are 1 of 2 stores that sell dog cakes/treats and the other was closed on Mondays so I wasn't left with any other choices. I was grateful they waited for me a few minutes after closing. I made it quick and just grabbed a few things. I then made the mistake to ask if anything had peanut butter because my pup is allergic. Too bad for me, had to refund the cake and get something else for my Luna girl. They were accommodating but didn't say much. I am glad places like this exist! From collars to sports clothing, you can spend a lot of time in here browsing.”

I find that sometimes in a "warehouse" style department store, the employees are hard to locate ( or the more embarrassing debacle of mistaking a fellow patron for a staffer cuz of the similar outfit ? ) But that wasn't the case for this location. The aisles were clean and well stocked. They even had my cat's favorite treats that I have not been able to find for months.”
