“What can I say about how to get an American in Germany
Supermarket presents everything in abundance and just huge. Anything that isn't here probably doesn't exist ?”
“Definitely your average Walgreens, a little bit of everything for everybody. It was a clean well lit store, their staff were friendly, was able to get in quickly, talk to a clerk who showed me exactly where the item was I was looking for, I was able to ring out and get back on the road. Walgreens is a dependable, drugstore and multi-purpose store with a little bit of everything and they're always on point. It's just like going to McDonald's every store is the same and they pretty much have the same products everywhere you go and you can depend on getting what you need conveniently.”

“We have been using this pharmacy for more than a decade and I am impressed with the staff here for providing such an excellent service every time I visit them. Recently my son needed an urgent medication and I made a call from the urgent care and before I could reach the pharmacy from the urgent care, they had the medicine ready in just few minutes. Simply outstanding service.”
“Went last weekend for vaccination, it was a bit crowded. Pharmacist has to process paper work, prepare prescription and administer vaccine, it seems stressful but all pharmacists maintain good attitude, helpful and friendly.”
“They're open during covid and have good guidelines on spacing out as people drop off or pick up their prescriptions. It's true that they don't always have everything in stock but they've been pretty responsive for me. ALSO, you can sign up for text notifications for when your prescription is filled! This is super helpful so I don't just stand around. If they don't have my prescription immediately ready to go, the estimates from them have generally been good (i.e. come back in ~30 minutes or the next day and the text message updates that I get are pretty aligned). PSA - They fill pet prescriptions!! It's so much cheaper than at my vet's so this is nice. The pet pharmacy is a definitely more limited but they'll order in anything you need. (Note that they'll have the generic version rather than the name-brand pet version - which isn't a problem for me but if you're very cautious of that stick with your vet's.)”
“I came here super excited to get my passport pictures taken, because this is the closest location to my work. At the beginning the staff was really busy and someone from the team was in training. But after a couple minutes of waiting, a lady by the name of Prisela offered to help me take my passport pictures. I saved gas and time by not going to another Walgreens store, as I was already rejected at the one in Milpitas.”
“My visiting husband's luggage was stolen, with his insulin inside it. We live out of state and had a 2 hour window to get an insulin transfer. NAT went out of her way to assist us immediately and within a half hour had the ball rolling. Police retrieved his luggage in the mean time, so we did not end up needing said emergency -refill but we are so grateful to Nat for her help!!! Thank you Nat! Great customer service! We appreciate you!”
“I’d like to give a special shoutout to the young lady at the pharmacy. She took the time to submit my insurance info twice (the system was not cooperating) to make sure that I got as much discount as I could on my prescription refill. She did all this proactively without even asking! She went above and beyond despite working late on a Friday. Such a night and day difference to the other pharmacies I’ve been to. Thank you!”

“I have recently had to frequent the pharmacy for my parents medications. As I wait in line I will sometimes see haggard, impatient, and frustrated customers. I am impressed with the staff as they don't seem to take it personal as customers misguided frustrations or even sadness and grief and chronic pain spill over to them in an unfair way. I have only seen patience and empathy for a job that I suspect rarely gets the affirmation it deserves. I wrote this review as a response to the misguided low star ratings.”

“I stop buy CVS at Homestead in Santa Clara. That’s one of my favorite place to chop because it’s someone always in the door to welcome you and the store always look nice and clean and the people work in there always help you to find something when you need it, and they smiling and talking to customers make you feel like family”
“@daniel at the pharmacy consultation counter was very helpful and answered my questions patiently. It was so nice of him to considerate and helped me save 40 bucks on a kit which I didn’t need at all to check for my issue :)
