“I highly recommend this Safeway pharmacy for vaccines! I made an appointment to get Covid and flu shots, I arrived and was quickly taken to the private space they have in an office type of room. It was fast, efficient and hassle free experience! Highly recommend!!Such a drastically different experience from the one I had at Walgreens!”

“I felt obligated to leave a review of the pharmacy after a positive experience yesterday, especially after seeing so many negative ones. The scene was chaos with customers rudely trying to cut each other in line blaming the desk ladies "she told me to go to this line!" followed by "she told the rest of us too, but you can't cut us!" and another customer yelling "you ladies are so unorganized! never coming to this cvs!" meanwhile the people at the desk had no attitude and handled each and every problem one by one, between pickups and vaccines.Most of the customers were not reading the huge signs above each side of the desk that says "VACCINE CHECK IN" or "PRESCRIPTION PICK UP" and then would lose their temper and yell at the clerks when they had to wait in the line that was related to their transaction, because they were being handled by two different people.Sometimes the customer IS wrong and anybody who has worked in customer service will understand what I'm talking about. The clerk, despite the scene of chaos and hostility was very professional and patient, making sure each person was able to have their questions answered and meds taken care of.I had an insurance issue with my vaccine and she had me stand aside and wait a short 5-10 minutes for something to clear and helped other customers in the meantime. No worries, no tantrums, just trying to be as efficient as possible with a mob of "Karen's" of all shapes and sizes.Honestly god speed if you work at this CVS, dealing with these customers must feel like trying to boil the ocean”
“Wow! I was blown away today by service at Kaiser Campbell Pharmacy. I called to get a prescription that was delayed due to power outage last week and not optimistic I'd be able to get it before I travel overseas in two days. Richard took my call and said he'd do his best to get it by Thursday, which is all the info he could provide. I know that the medication takes a minimum of 3 days to arrive at the pharmacy after being ordered and often up to a week. He called me back about 20 minutes later saying he found the medication and I could come pick it up right then. Incredible! Richard is a superstar hero.I got to the pharmacy an hour later and -- no surprise -- there's a line of over 10 people waiting to pick up. But, instead of the usual one person very slowly helping customers, there were three staff members fulfilling prescriptions so the line moved very fast. This is a huge change from the past couple years where the same selection of slow unhelpful staff take their time helping customers and the lines at Campbell pharmacy moved very slowly. I don't know what happened but this change is very welcome and much appreciated.”

“This store has such bad reviews! I've been coming here for a decade and have never had a bad experience with any employees. Every employee I've interacted with has been helpful so . I've never used the bathroom here so I can't comment on that.I can usually find everything I want here. I like that they don't immediately throw away bananas that aren't green, I can always find ripe bananas for baking here. It looks like they have a great cake decorator, they have super cute Halloween cakes out!”

“After waiting in the drive through line at "Walgreens" for 1/2 hour for a prescription I refilled 24 hours earlier I was told my eye drops were not read, Whaaat? So I left and went to CVS. I spoke with the pharmacist at CVS Who informed me she would have to call Walgreens and it may take 24 hours to get the prescription filled. I'd be like no problem. 15 minutes later my prescription was filled!!! WHAAAAT!!! Yes folks Walgreens can't seem to fill a prescription in 24 hours!!! WhereCVS can make a phone call and get your prescription filled in 15 minutes. CVS you get 10 stars for this.”

“This was not with the pharmacy, but the cashiers did an excellent job of helping some non speaking English customers. I was able to help them out to get them a discount using my phone number, a small way to help someone. The cashier helped me out for this small good deed with a small discount on a toy for my son which he didn't have to do at all. Everyone was so kind and good spirits even though it was crazy busy! Great work !”
“I came here to get my first Covid Pfizer vaccination. The staff at the front were very friendly and put me at ease since I am not a fan of needles or shots. The young man at the pharmacy who took my info was very courteous and professional. That also put me at ease. The young lady, Nancy Hoang who gave me my shot was a superstar/ I did not even feel it when she jabbed me. In addition, her ability to put me at ease is exemplary and I was very impressed, I appreciate this kind of professional and top notch service. I will really be at ease when I go back for my second shot. Thanks again Nancy!”

“The staff is helpful and friendly. Both on the photography section and also in the pharmacy section.This is a busy location and often the pharmacy is short handed (not employee's fault as they are very busy every time I see them). It would be good for Walgreens to hire more staff for this location.”
