“I was a client in 2024. Today I submitted an appointment request via the website during business hours and the website stated to expect a call in 30 minutes. After 45 minutes, I texted the line that I communicated with in 2024 to follow up. With no response from that, I tried calling twice, but both times the call dropped right away after one ring. I saw something about Google Fi on the screen so it seems like they are using a call screening service that blocks my calls each time. This is an unacceptable situation when no form of communication is possible to request urgent care for an existing client.

Edit: I read the response and appreciated the explanation. I received a call from the clinic at 4:36pm asking what time my appointment for today was scheduled for because their system was having so many issues that the appointment did not save. Even though I was apprehensive, the clinic remained professional and pleasant and explained that there have been technical issues. Thank you for trying your best in spite of challenges.”
