“Where do I begin? I bought an iMac desktop back in 2020, and last year, I noticed it was beginning to run extremely slow, to the point where nothing was opening anymore. Finally, my iMac officially crashed, and I knew I had two options: either fix it or get a new one.I had received a few quotes, but due to the delicacy of my screen, many technicians were reluctant to touch it or were charging an insane fee just to open it. When I spoke to other technicians, it seemed like they were attempting quick fixes on my computer. However, my experience with Zap Computers was night and day.Upon arriving, the technician Julio was very friendly and knowledgeable. We discussed the realm of possibilities regarding what could be wrong with my computer, but he emphasized that we wouldn't know for sure until they opened and examined it. We talked about the delicacy of the screen, and not once did he mention charging me extra, unlike the others.I left my computer overnight, and the next day, he called to inform me exactly what was happening. He presented several options, some cost-effective and others that would enhance my computer's performance beyond its original state. I opted to install a new hard drive, and I cannot begin to tell you how fast my computer is now. It's running faster and better than when I bought it. I can't believe I waited so long to bring it in.Julio and everyone at Zap Computers truly know what they are doing. With several years in the industry, their reputation surpasses itself. If you're looking for honest and reliable technicians, this is it. I'm referring all my friends and family to them.”

“Wow. I am super impressed with their service. The City of Lakewood has Jimmies tree service as one of their recommended list for tree removal. The 1st group has come to cut down the humongous tree in my parkway. There were about 7 men and a supervisor. One man cuts, other men maneuver the falls with a rope, other men picked up to grinder, and clean up. Job was done within an hour! Without any damaged to my hedge in front of it. Second group came for another day to grind the tree stump. They were on time and even early as expected. Grind the stump within an hour and cleaned up. Both group has done a superb job. I would definitely give this a 5 star with their fantastic service, plus their price was much lower than the other company. I'm glad the City Lakewood has recommended this company. I would highly recommended "Jimmies Tree Service" .”

“Had an issue with a CPU installation that resulted in my PC power cycling and not working. Took it here to have someone professional look at it (before I messed something else up ). Turned out my motherboard was fried (so props to me for not messing up my new CPU after my first time trying to install a CPU). Long story short, they installed a new motherboard, new CPU, and new cooling system for me.They said it would only take a day, but instead it took about 3ish. Rather than doing a rushed job and meeting the initial estimated finish date, they needed to swap out my cooling system for a better one because it would have ruined my new CPU (Ryzen 9 5095X) due to it overheating. So I HIGHLY appreciated them going the extra mile and noticing this for me. They also tested everything before giving it back to me for QA purposes. I'd rather wait the extra few days and potentially save hundreds of dollars. They could've not done anything and had me come back later to pay for more repairs. They gave me a lot of advice as well and SHOWED me what they were doing before they did it. There was a lot of trust involved in this repair, and it paid off (pun absolutely intended). Definitely will be coming back for future upgrades. Learned a lot about computers in this process.As for the computer itself, it's running like a beast. Very powerful and very quiet surprisingly (more so than before). I wanted to wait a day after I got my computer to test out the programs I use and it's working great. When I picked up my tower, they showed me what parts were in the rig, that the display was working, and that the parts they said they were going to install were there. Kept me updated and sent me photos to show me progress. Very transparent and communicative.”
“Gary Rash and Zack Dooley are Honest to god the back bone of this company. Zack is an expert in the companies products. He will tell you what products that can work for you. Straight shooter too.( talked me out oF leaving the company by getting every one to help go live sooner. Now as for Gary rash, that man is a good at what he does. He’s the company’s go to tech in my opinion. There hasn’t been a single problem he hasn’t been able to fix. He doesn’t just fix the problem though he teaches you how to fix deal it with your self for next time. Not to mention he helps with thing that aren’t even his problem or job. My whole system went down because our the internet switched from dynamic to static IP. He single handle fixed my whole system. Gary and Zack thank you for going above and beyond for my company.”

“Like most people nowadays, I live off my computer, so when I spelt juice on my keypad, it was a computer catastrophe! I took it to Best Buy geek squad , I was lucky to encounter Adrian, who told me the realistic probability of what I was facing, but they would give it their best. It was luck that they were able to back up my data because I'm a business owner, and I had multiple files on there . A few days later, I hadn't received my computer. It was still being worked on, but I decided that I need to buy a new one irregardless of this one or not. Gibran help me figure out a computer based on my needs, spent an extensive amount of time educating me -I'm old-school don't know a whole lot about IT. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to explain it in a way that made me understand what it was. I was purchasing unlike the last time I purchased from Best Buy. I went to pick up my computer today ,and Grace was there. I've had the pleasure of working with Grace on the phone, answering questions, she sends me email updates on the status of what's going on with the computer that is being repaired . Again , extremely knowledgeable, extremely friendly. I just want to say thank you guys for saving my Files, getting me hooked up with a brand new computer, and doing it in such a manner that my sent me out the doors a happy customer.”
“When I walked in, I was greeted. When I got to the area where I needed help, there was no one there. So I went up front to ask for assistance and I was immediately helped! I had already done my research so I went in, asked for what I wanted and Antonio H. was great! “After owning a gaming laptop for many years, I finally decided to dive in and buy a desktop PC. I've heard a lot of great things about IBUYPOWER. The computer I chose is an IBUYPOWER Y60 with an I9 Intel CPU and RTX 4070ti Super Graphics card. I bought this computer a couple of days ago and, so far, everything has been perfect. It runs very quietly and has beautiful RGB colors on the fans and RAM. The only complaint I may have is the keyboard that came with it, which I will most likely be upgrading at some point.”
