“I went in here because I needed help with my Capital One checking account. Full disclosure: it took 2 visits to solve my issue - both times required the associate calling the customer service line.
The associate was friendly each time and even gave me a free coffee for my inconvenience.
Also, I love the free mini conference rooms for Capital One customers - book through the app!”
“I would love to give them 5 stars but I won't because I specifically told the bankers to use my private mailbox address and not my personal address. Twice they sent to my personal address which they kept saying that my private mailbox address is on file. Even if it's on file, you don't send to my personal address at all! Now my app locked me out!”

We've always consistently had detailed and personalized service, but the new crop of tellers, especially Megan P and Kaz A, are outstanding, and recently helped us navigate an issue with some fraud and reorganizing multiple accounts. It was difficult, but they patiently took care of the problem. It feels old school to walk in now and be greeted like we're neighborhood associates!! Go say Hi- they will be excited to see you!”

“Great service, very helpful staff. I went in 10 minutes before my appointment time, a staff saw me waiting in the middle of no where quickly came and asked if I need anything? And I said “I have an appointment and I came early, I’ll wait no worries”. He then quickly helped to direct me to my appointment manager. Mxxx was extremely helpful and very patient, did her best to help process my account opening and credit card approval.Make an appointment online a day before is adequate.Ps: I enjoyed sitting in that very aesthetically pleasing office.”

“As an international student who just moved to LA, this was my first time opening a bank account and getting a debit card in the U.S. I had a 10 AM appointment and expected it to take about two hours, but the process took longer than I thought. I stayed for about three hours in the morning, went out for lunch, then came back around 3 PM and finished everything in about 30 more minutes.
It was a long day and both the staff and I were pretty tired by the end, but they were very kind and patient throughout the whole process. I was a little worried because I saw the rating was around 2.9 stars and read some negative reviews, but my experience was actually very positive.
