“I would love to give them 5 stars but I won't because I specifically told the bankers to use my private mailbox address and not my personal address. Twice they sent to my personal address which they kept saying that my private mailbox address is on file. Even if it's on file, you don't send to my personal address at all! Now my app locked me out!”
“My husband and I were in Santa Monica and we wanted to work out of a cafe. With a quick yelp search, we found a capital one cafe nearby ! The ambiance was very welcoming and we were able to get a private nook and were able to get some work done. Luckily my husband had a capital one venture X card so we decided to utilize the benefits and got our beverages for 50% off. I got their lavender honey latte and my husband got the mocha. We also got a chocolate croissant. I was super excited about the lavender latte, given it is my favorite flavor. My husband really liked his coffee. Mine was nice too but it was not as hot as I would have liked it to be unfortunately. The croissant was very average and we ended up discarding it because it was cold and eggy. However, given how nice this place is for the ambiance and the coffee, I think I would still recommend checking it out, especially if you are looking to work out of a cafe and need some privacy!”

“I recently went to the Wells Fargo on Broadway in Santa Monica. A homeless man was questioning a teller. The teller was so respectful and compassionate as he listened and responded to the gentleman. When the man left Wells Fargo, the guard walked him to the door, opened it for him, and thanked him for his business at Wells Fargo. I was so impressed with the compassion and empathy that the staff of Wells Fargo extended. We need more kindness like this in our world.”

“I'm seeing all these negative reviews for this branch location, which does NOT match my experience! I often go to this branch even though it is further from my home, simply because the people here are so nice to me! I've always felt welcome and appreciated by everyone I have interacted with at the 14th/Wilshire branch. They also seem to be friendly towards each other, which I feel contributes positively to the overall service. I don't know a lot about their specialized banking or lending services because I mostly go there for quarters hahahahaha but even though I am not a "high-value customer" I never feel less than respected. Also, their Saturday hours are so convenient!”

“Great service, very helpful staff. I went in 10 minutes before my appointment time, a staff saw me waiting in the middle of no where quickly came and asked if I need anything? And I said “I have an appointment and I came early, I’ll wait no worries”. He then quickly helped to direct me to my appointment manager. Mxxx was extremely helpful and very patient, did her best to help process my account opening and credit card approval.Make an appointment online a day before is adequate.Ps: I enjoyed sitting in that very aesthetically pleasing office.”
