“I've been with Wescom for 14 years and they are nothing but the best. No long lines and excellent customer service. If you looking to get a loan I definitely recommend you talk to luis villegas. He was polite, kind, and extremely helpful and goes above and beyond and will guide you through your best options. I don't understand why he is not in the Sherman Oaks location anymore, lately, I see a lot of staff are replaced with new staff, if they are doing an outstanding job, why have they been replaced? Sherman Oaks Ca, the branch is the best, I hope Luis Villegas returns to this location very soon.”
“Small office in an industrial area. Good rates on money market and savings accounts. Loan processing can be a little slow, but the rated and in-house service is worth the rate. This location, maybe a coop, which means they service other credit unions as well. Consequently, they do request identification on all transactions. Credit Unions have always been a part of my financial portfolio.”
“My new debt card cvc was only two numbers. It's supposed to have three. Lol! No worries, I made an appointment and stopped in the next day.
My appointment was with Stacey. Not only did she apologize for the defective card (the card printer being repaired) she ordered me a new replacement card. Also while I was there, she helped me with setting up my direct deposit and online login. Stacey is fabulous!
I have had online banking in the past but I like to have my banking relationship with a real location with a real person. And there's free parking in the back.
I'm in my happy place!”

“Whenever I had to deal with my account, the girls were always extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist me. I preferred to visit this particular branch during my work hours instead of going to the other one where I was just treated like a mere number and not a valued member. The girls at this branch treated me with the utmost care and made me feel like a part of their family. I highly recommend this branch to anyone in the LAX area.”

“I have been a member of NFCU for over 20 years. Let's jump right into this review.
Pros
1. Convenient location in Hawthorne. Free parking lot.
2. 3 ATMS outside for customers to access.
3. During peak hours there are several Tellers open, usually 3 or 4.
4. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Cons
1. Busy shopping center - lots of traffic in the lot during peak hours, usually mid-afternoon to early evening. This makes parking a challenge.
Things to note -
Long lines - most times. Although several Tellers may be open, wait times can be 15 to 20 minutes.”
“Been a member for many years. Low to none minimum requirements, great service & friendly in-person transactions. My only dislike is the $45 fee if you need a replacement card sent overnight rather than wait 7-10 biz days for free.”

I’d heard CFCU had great rates, so I gave them a call and was greeted by Sara, who—despite not being in the loan department—was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She connected me with Ruben, who made the entire process smooth and stress-free. From submitting documents to issuing the dealership check, everything was seamless. Ruben helped me get into a lightly used Polestar 2, and I’m beyond happy with the outcome. Huge thanks to Sara, Ruben, and the CFCU team!”

“I have been with the University of credit Union for the last 25 years. When a problem occurs with my account they fix it. I have no idea why people will give them a 2 1/2 stars. I love UCU. I work night shift at UCLA... I only wish that they would open back up at 0700. That was the most busiest hours because the workers from the night shift will come in and take care of our business. At 0900 (not good) for the night shift, That's my only complaint. UCU isn't open at 0700.”

Everyone at this location always gives great customer service. Sometimes the wait for a teller is a little long; I wish they could extend their hours or open more branches. 🏦”
