“The shopping experience was pretty good here. We came on the thanksgiving weekend and the staff member Star and her manager Ruby helped us. Star was very nice and patient and walked us through different options of high and mid-end mattresses. We chose a Purple in the end because it fits our budget better and we had one in the past. Star got us a better deal compared to buying in the Purple official store. Overall pretty good experience and will wait for the delivery to come in.”

He was easy to communicate with during the whole process and was quite knowledgeable about different products. We ended up choosing King size Temur-Pedic that worked out great for us. They gave us the option of reserving a mattress first and then changing our order after to a different product. Also was able to get guidance on a new pillow and mattress protector as well. He was super knowledgeable about all the different mattress options, sleep recommendations and listened to all of my concerns. I really needed to test out the product before purchasing & Michael really let me explore all the options without feeling judged for flopping around lol. I can’t say enough great things about our experience with George at the Los Altos Mattress Firm. We came in on Black Friday and he absolutely went above and beyond to help us find the perfect mattress and adjustable bed frame. He was incredibly friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and easy-going the entire time — even when we were literally jumping on a bunch of mattresses in the store trying to figure out what felt right! ?
George took the time to walk us through every option, explain the differences, and make sure we made the right decision for our comfort and sleep needs. On top of that, he hooked us up with a fantastic discount beyond the Black Friday promotion, which made the deal even sweeter.
Customer service like this is rare. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about helping you sleep better — ask for George. He turned what could’ve been a stressful shopping trip into a fun and easy experience. Highly recommended!”

“I recently rented a hi low hospital bed for my mom. Maria was very helpful and didn’t try to upsell anything. Their showroom upstairs had an example of the bed I was looking for. She explained how it worked, told the sheet sizes I needed. Delivery was on time and went very smoothly. My mom loves the bed.”

“Wow, what a company. I met these guys in Costco. Their claims seemed too good to be true and they couldn't answer all my questions. So I went to the showroom. I was floored. Seriously, so impressed with the sales staff and the showroom. I had them configure and reconfigure the model couch at least a dozen times. They all answered all my questions and gave me suggestions on how to save money. When the smoke cleared I got 35% off my purchase and got the best couch I have ever sat in. It is kinda weird getting it in FedEx. When I got my couch, their truck was full of LoveSac couches. The driver is all "I get a ton of these". But after I unboxed it and put it tougher, I am amazed. The sound system is the best I have ever purchased. I can literally feel the sound when I turn it on. It emanates from all around me. Then I realized I needed more couch. No problem, I got a new quote with the same discount.”

Rubin was super helpful and took time to educate us and helped narrow down our choices to the one bed we liked . Not high pressure sale etc so that was nice .
