“All I can say is.. WOW.This is a hidden gem in the Bay Area. My entire stay was lovely. The location felt like a retreat oasis with the creek running right next to the rooms. The bed and rooms were comfortable and clean with plenty of room for luggage and belongings. The hotel staff is lovely and it felt like such a lovely getaway for my boyfriend and I.Will definitely be recommending this place and returning soon!”
“Great little hotel. Best rooms, clean and quiet. Everything you need is in the little strip mall next door. Downtown Mountain View is walkable and there is also a nice park nearby.”
“Great deal on a budget!! I enjoyed my stay at the Palo Alto Inn and would stay here again. It is in an ideal location, and the rooms felt very clean- especially the bed. I like that they provided plenty of body wash, shampoo, and conditioner along with other toiletries. The microwave, fridge, and coffeemaker were great touches as well.
The staff were very friendly and made for a great stay. If I were to stay here again, I would request a second level room because I am sensitive to noise but that is applicable to any hotel.”

“Understanding and cooperative front desk, well kept rooms and breakfast too. All in all a desirable set of accommodations in a central location off El Camino. Had a great time here and thank you folks. :)”

“My girlfriend's family was so happy with the service.
Of course the basics of a good room, great staff and good location were there. On top of that, we were accommodated really well by a couple of the staff, specifically Joey and the manager working at the time.
We needed to extend the stay because of some complications with moving her disabled family member with us, and the staff were able to make things workout even though it was a challenge. They were so thankful for the empathy and extra care and hospitality! Would recommend”

“Stayed here for New Year's Eve for a staycation. I choose a one bedroom suite, and it was very nice. Spacious, comfortable, and nice amenities. Quite a hike from the elevator, and my key card didn't work when I first got to the room, so I had to make the trek back to the front desk. But that got sorted out. Access to the Stevens Creek Trail is nice for a walk. I know this is primarily a hotel for business travel given its proximity to several tech companies, and I think I'd be very comfortable staying here for work.”
“Excellent quality/price solution for visiting Silicon Valley. Upon entering the hall is simple, small and a little dated, on the contrary the rest of the structure seems recently renovated. The rooms are very large with classic furnishings. Ours (Deluxe) had a separate room for the bathroom, refreshment area and built-in wardrobe. Everything was spotlessly clean and cared for with details that I hadn't seen for years even in more luxurious hotels. Breakfast is varied both in terms of sweet (various types of brioches) and savory choices (American breakfast but also oriental food). American coffee only (I would consider a machine with more options). Free and covered parking. Friendly and flexible staff.”

“Eduardo, Bhuvan, Mackenzie and Angel at the front desk are all AMAZING! They truly understand what excellent customer service is all about and they genuinely care about all the guests staying at this hotel. My mom & I stayed in Room 506 from March 22 to March 24 and the team here made sure our stay was flawless from the minute we arrived. The rooms here are absolutely beautiful and the complimentary daily breakfast buffet has an amazing variety of delicious choices. The fitness center and swimming pool are top notch. We are looking forward to staying at this stunning hotel again in the near future because of the outstanding level of customer service experience we had and we know we will be taken care of by the amazing staff at the Hyatt House San Jose / Cupertino.”

“Worth the visit just for the water pressure in the shower - at least in our room….
Steps from an excellent restaurant, or if you’re up for about a mile walk you’ve got many food and shopping options in beautiful downtown Los Gatos.”
“While I was a bit annoyed with the low shower stall wall, the bed was clean, the floor was clean, & the space was comfortable for my cat & I. I realize this motel is relatively cheap, but, in attempt to be understanding, it may be running on a limited budget. And this place sure as hell had a lot more peace & quiet than home.”

“Great location in San Jose! Gilbert and Raul have great customer service and made my check in/check out very ready. Both were very personable, and friendly. The hotel itself has many unique decorations, noticeable light fixtures and statues throughout the hotel. It's a quiet and convenient place that always has parking. I started here for my trip to San Jose, San Francisco, a trip to Stanford, and a concert in Saratoga.Highly recommend.”

“They provided such great service and were accommodating. We left our previous hotel because of bad experiences. And Homewood got us right into our room without a wait. The room was so comfortable with everything we needed so we stayed and extra night”
“This was my first experience at such a resort and it was fantastic! Geographically, its a beautiful place. Rochelle(i think that was her name) who got me registered at the check in office, was wonderful and kind. Made me feel very welcome. She told me a little bit about the long history of Lupin while she got me all signed up. Once inside and parked, I nervously shed my clothes in the parking lot and within 10 minutes felt at ease and comfortable. The other visitors and residents were friendly and welcoming. The pool and hot tub were clean and refreshing. Amazing upper deck for tanning. My favorite part was hiking on the trails on the mountain!
Will definitely be back!”

“This is a nice hotel in the center of Santa Clara. It is nothing spectacular, but it provides a cozy atmosphere, clean room and bathroom, and fairly comfortable bed and pillows. The housekeeping is good. The water pressure for shower could have been better, but I understand they might have done it to conserve water. They served breakfast in the lobby area, but I didn't try it. The hotel is nothing fancy but modern and pretty convenient for people who are staying for business. Overall, if you are a business traveler, I recommend staying at AC Hotel.”
“Fantastic hotel, I stay there every time I'm in town! Cheap, close to work, consistent, clean, quiet. Always easy parking, super easy to get to on and off the highway. You'd think it would be loud next to a main road, but NOPE. Very quiet and peaceful.”

“My husband and I recently stayed at the French themed Enchanté Boutique Hotel and truly enjoyed its charm, warmth, and exceptional staff. Everyone we met was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always, smiling—it’s clear the team takes great pride in providing personal service. The location couldn’t be better: right in the heart of the quaint and quiet Los Altos village, surrounded by wonderful restaurants and boutiques within easy walking distance. We felt safe in the area at all hours.
Our room was cozy and unique, with French style antique decor and a comfortable, firm bed that gave us both great sleep. We loved waking up to the aroma of coffee and bacon from the downstairs café, where breakfast was thoughtfully prepared and served with great European class on porcelain trays. The coffee was strong and delicious, clearly a French Roast. We also loved being able to open our window and hear the faint and melodic chime of the clock somewhere nearby. Free parking is included and easy, just inquire about instructions upon check-in.
That said, we hope the hotel considers refresh soon. The carpets in the rooms, hallways, and elevator are quite worn and tired; a full replacement would make a noticeable difference. Elevating and refining the decorative design concepts of the rooms would be wonderful. The eggshell wall color and some of the decor elements, such as bed skirts and artwork, could use updating or added color to bring more life into the beautiful French theme. The space still has so much potential—it just needs a bit of renewed attention to match the charm shown in the hotel’s marketing photos and the care reflected in its service.
We also experienced trouble with our mini refrigerator in our room, not cooling properly and had to give our ice packs and food to the kitchen staff for storage. We appreciated how the hotel staff was caring and concerned about this. We also did not have a microwave in our room, which we really missed the convenience of. However, the staff was readily available and accommodating to heat anything up that we needed in theirs.
Even so, we would gladly stay again. With a few design updates, this already special property could easily shine as one of the most distinctive boutique hotels in the Bay Area. All things considered, we feel confident that we selected the most special place to stay in the region!”
“Located near San Jose Airport. The rooms were clean and nice. There are not many shops around, so I feel like I need to go by car for shopping and eating.Food & drinks: A small amount of water etc. is sold in the lobby.”

“I spent more than 3 weeks in this hotel. I love the king bed studio, room is big and bright with 3 windows. More convenient for my family was the kitchen, we cooked every day. Hotel offers free breakfast, Mon to Thursday happy hours and free bottle water. Weak points: WiFi signal not strong enough sometimes, and the charger only two lamps with USB ports.”
“Breakfast was good! It's the only hotel that I've been to where you can get guacamole. The only downsides are that too much light comes in through the blinds and the street noise from Alameda Street might be excessive.”
“had a good stay - plenty of food options around the vicinity but take note that they mostly close at 9pm and there is no in room dining services. only bumper was that I had 'do not disturb' sign at the door and the laundry folks still went into the room to place my laundry inside. thankfully there was no stolen items (not that I had any valuables in the room) but still.... On another note, I did like that the hotel offered 2 complimentary huge water bottles per day...”

“Good Value, Nice Staff. I really liked the evening happy hour and the bar tender (not sure of her name) was very friendly and had a great attitude. I was disappointed the jacuzzi wasn't working. “The hotel felt high-end, and the staff was warm and welcoming. It was a safe, relaxing, pleasant one night stay.
Some highlights:
Comfortable beds
Ample storage for suitcases and clothing
Clean bathroom
Clean beds and room
Comfortable, fluffy pillows
Desk with comfortable chair
Dresser
Convenient outlet between both beds
Nice towels
Incredible toiletries: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, bar soap (I even purchased the body wash, it is wonderful).
Outdoor pool
Absolutely no scent in the room whatsoever (Definitely a plus. It just felt clean inside the entire building).”
“After a day of massive travel delays, we arrived at the lodge late at night and really couldn't see anything other than finding our way to the room. But goodness was it worth it. The room itself made up for all of the delays and all of the exhaustion! It was beyond clean and spacious! The bathroom with the soaking tub was everything! The shower was a dream! And the heated seat bidet? Changed our lives forever! ?. I'm always uncomfortable in typical hotel beds - but the bed at the Lodge? I want THIS bed in my own home! The lodge is located in Saratoga Village and this 'Tree City' is beautiful with so many restaurants within walking distance from the Lodge. I literally forgot I was staying at a 'hotel'! So beautiful! Thank you Saratoga Oaks Lodge for a wonderful experience!”
