Today Heather was absolutely wonderful and took the time to provide a free nutritional consultation for my dog who is having allergies related to strictly food. “We absolutely love this pet store. The staff are so nice and friendly. Their prices are really good for what we need. My daughter has a hamster and the bedding we get is literally half the price that we would pay at a big pet store. They aren't the biggest, but they have a wonderful selection for all types of pets.”

I feed my dog raw food Tucker's brand and it can be very expensive so that one bag extra helps so much in keeping my dog healthy and happy. “We have a Golden Retriever and a standard Labradoodle that we bring here for the grooming. We follow our groomer, Vicky, wherever she is. She is the BEST and our dogs LOVE her. Coco has extreme separation anxiety when apart from Bella and he is better there they do their best to accommodate him and relieve his stress. They are so kind and understanding. Not to mention both dogs come home looking fabulous and happy. Highly recommend this location.”
“This is the best place for gourmet cat treats! We got a ton of freeze dried treats for my cats and they loved it (chicken giblets, mussels and rabbit). It was so refreshing to see a pet store with so much to offer for cats since places are mostly catered for dogs. It also happened to be my cats birthday when we stumbled upon the boutique and got to buy him a custom birthday hat!! Definitely will be coming back”

“Bought both a Baby Brooks Kingsnake and Cinnamon Ball Python here about a year ago, excellent genetics, Better selection of products and prices than other mom and pop shops.Random addition..... not sure why so many people compare mom and pop shops to the big box stores, they are on different levels. Different types of business etc.”
“As far as the Petco store goes, I think this one is the best. The service partners at the front desk/cashier are always friendly. I want to give a big shoutout to the grooming service folks though. In particular, Teyerra usually takes care of my dog and she does a very good job and adores my big goofy dog. Highly recommend this store especially their glooming service!!!”
“The customer service was great with Bill and Isaac they both went above and beyond to help with all our questions and helped with information needed to cared for a pet my daughter adopted from someone ,all except for one person a manager with piercing in his ear lobs was very rude unprofessional and really needs help with his customer service his behavior wasn't something for someone of his position and if his behavior was this way to customer kind of makes you think how does he treat his employees something someone should look into other then that experience with him everything else was great with other employees”

Met Bishop last week and I’ve got to say that was one of the best interactions and experiences I’ve ever had from an associate!
I dropped off my friends dog in her place due to her being injured and bishop immediately knew who the dog was and asked if the owner was okay! Truly caring and kind. ☺️ I felt safe dropping my friends dog off and I truly hope to see them again one day! I felt this was a great experience!”

“I called this location thirty minutes before closing. The girl who answered my call was very sweet and patient with me. I asked for a stock check After she went to find the item I was asking about she offered to put them on hold for me. I expressed I would cut it close to closing and she didn't even express concern. She even gave me a discount to what their website was offering. Bonus: she spelled my name currently and didn't even ask! She had them ready and waiting for when I walked in the door like this! “I love Waggin Tails! The experience here definitely made my dogs tail wag for his birthday.I called the morning before my puppy's first birthday inquiring on a cake or dog birthday treats, and I came in after work and the delivery of cakes came in- perfect timing.The lady who helped me greeted me immediately and asked if I needed any help. I told her I was shopping for my dog's birthday and she remembered me from the phone.She was super friendly and let me browse through all the cakes till i found what I wanted. I then took a browse throughout the store for gifts. The store is small, but organized. Upon checking out, she mentioned that she would put together a birthday bag for my dog, and the gentleman working there put it together. I was stunned with all the goodies they gave me. Toys and treats to add to my puppy's birthday, as well as a coupon for future purchases.My pup will be so happy, and they made me happy that I could give so much for my puppy's first birthday.DEFINITELY recommend coming here. “Friendly employees who seem like they genuinely enjoy what they do and take the time to talk to you. I also appreciate that they are always giving out treats and samples for our kitty. They carry local cat grass, the fancy dry food our Siamese requires, and the wet food that has become the only way he will take the medicine we need to give him. In addition, there are great sales and discounts on a regular basis. Thank you, Pet Food Express!!”
“This place is probably managed well for retail. The employees are friendly, happy, and helpful. The animals are healthy and well taken care of. Employees are knowledgable, genuinely care about the animals wellbeing, and that they are going to a safe and well prepared new home. Adoption events are also run well by friendly helpful staff who care. Healthiest fish and aquariums I've ever seen in a Petco!”
“Trim is the best grooming service in the South Bay! I have been going to them for almost years. They have always handled my dog with care, are very professional, timely, communicative, and they run a very clean shop!They make fantastic edible treats and meals for dogs!
