“Shoutout to Jade! She was incredibly kind in helping me complete my rental reservation and was generous enough to walk with me and showed me different units around the storage facility! Jade was very knowledgeable about any questions I had and explained in detail how the payment process works and what I should expect to see in the future months. She was also very thorough in explaining how the app works and even helped me make my account! I would recommend anyone looking for a safe and clean storage facility to check out this location!!”

“World class experience. Late evening, after hours when we realized we needed a place to store a car. Online registration was flawless, code worked right away upon entry to the facility, and our unit was available for use right then. Seamless, and was a life saver for us. Met the staff the next morning when the office opened for some other details, and they were courteous, professional, and very capable. Will definitely use them again.”

“Amy at Extra Space Storage was great. Friendly while still concise, quick, and down-to-business with the task at hand. She keeps a clean and very tidy facility. This location seems like a very secure place. I’ve rented for a few years now and I’ve never felt unsafe at this facility or noticed anyone on the property behaving in any concerning ways. She runs a tight ship, but if she sees she can trust you and you respect her boundaries and you respect the facility and its rules, she’ll make accommodations (within reason). When you make a reservation online, she reaches out to follow up, and she generally answers/returns calls very promptly if you call the facility. You can tell she takes her job, this facility and its security seriously. So far, I’ve never had an issue with any of the staff or other customers here, so I’d recommend this place.”

“Eric!!!! Is Awesome!!!! Now think about it who would go out of their way call you or text you and let you know you’re gonna be late. Does that really really exist? I don’t think so. A1 Storage is definitely smart to hire this young man because his customer service is above and beyond! And I’m so thankful for this young man! And no, he did not make me write this. I’m doing it from my heart. I am a school teacher. I don’t take bribes and I’m very impressed with this young man over 35 years in education. I think I know what I’m talking about.! “Finding a long-term storage unit in the Bay Area that doesn’t raise prices sky-high is nearly impossible. I moved to this Extra Space Storage location after shopping around and explaining my past experiences with other companies. The staff was friendly, professional, and gave me helpful advice about calling when rate increases happen so they can try to freeze your rate—something I’d never heard of before but appreciated the transparency. I rented an 8x14 unit for around $140/month, which felt fair—until about 4–5 months later when it jumped to $248. That kind of increase was exactly what I was hoping to avoid, which was frustrating after being a long-term renter at other locations that stayed steady for years. Aside from pricing, the facility itself is great. The property is clean, secure, and easy to access, though parking at the front gate can get a little tight. They’ve also made noticeable upgrades to the doors and locks, which are smoother and much easier to use now. Overall, my experience as a customer was positive—the staff and security setup are solid—but the rapid price increases make long-term storage tough to justify. If you only need storage short-term, this is a great option.”
