Even though our dog has anxiety each time she goes in, she is met with open arms, patience, and they stay able to groom her each time. “What an amazing find! My husband and I have relocated to this area and were so thankful to find such a fantastic pet store. Incredibly friendly and knowledgable staff, product brands carried here are top notch, they are even kind enough to allow us to place special orders as our cats are quite picky and prefer Primal's Pork raw nuggets vs. chicken or turkey or salmon! (Eye roll) so it resulted in us driving to multiple pet stores in the past to try and find what we needed...until now. In a changing world it's nice to go into a business and see the same faces, have the same great service, and yet also see improved and updated products, and a lot more inventory. “I used to go to the local pet store to buy my chicken feed, cat food, guinea pig food, etc. Now I go here because it is sooo much cheaper! I used to spend well over 100 dollars every WEEK feeding my animals, now I spend about 100$ a month! What a steal! I used to pay 20$ for a small bag of oxbow hay for my guinea pigs, they gave me a MASSIVE 4 foot sack of Timothy hay for 15$. I was seriously getting ripped off at the pet store. They don't have my favorite brand of dog food though, so I still have to go to the pet shop to buy that... still, it's a good place to go get a bang for your buck.”

“I like it. My primary reason to visit will be to get propane tanks refilled but there are things to see, to browse and to purchase inside and out. It's not going to replace a Big Orange or Blue store but it does have the essentials and some other things those larger competitors have limitations. Animal food/feed for example. “Have had a Patio Door xtra large door for German Shep and Fat Lab, they destroyed the housing and the flap. I ordered the parts from Ideal, and when they came, the flap was just a bit short, left about 1/8" gap. I think it may have been my fault that I ordered the wrong part. I contacted support and they are sending the correct one to me via 2 day USPS and no charge.I have been a customer since we had big dogs, 21 years, and will be an Ideal Pet Product until I don't have pets again, which, will be after I die.Thanks for the great customer service.”

“I stopped in earlier this week because I'm always looking for interesting things for my dog. I have to say, I was quite impressed. The food looks good -- when the owner describes it as human grade, she's not exaggerating. The ingredients list were things I'd want to eat. (i.e. real meat and vegetables). I'm not planning to have it for dinner, but with a pinch of salt and maybe garlic powder I'd definitely consider it.My dog's happy with his current food, so we're not switching, but it's really nice to know that this kind of "home made" (in the commercial kitchen next door) food is available if we need it. There are no fillers or unpronounceable chemicals.The dog treats also looked great, and Mr.Dog is going to enjoy devouring them.Speaking of the owner, she was really nice, and clearly cared about her pets and everyone else's too.”

“This review is for Vetco Total Care.This year I have become a cat daddy. This was my very first kitten. Since it was a stray abandoned from its litter I wanted to ensure the kitten's health is well. Although I went to a different Vetco for my kitten's initial shots, I came to this location's Vetco to inquire about spaying. I am not sure if it was bad timing but I've had a difficult time find a spay/neuter facility that was accepting new animals. I reached out to many different places and resulted to no avail. My last resort was to go to Vetco and I honestly did not want to go this route as it was going to be a pricey one. But I did. I felt that my kitten should be taken care of before it goes into its first heat cycle. (not sure if this is really an issue or not)I made my appointment online with ease. Shortly after I received a call from the location and set up two appointments. First was for preop and the other was for the actual operation date. It amazed me how much further into the year we had to schedule but as I mentioned earlier, I wanted to take care of it prior to the kitten's first heat cycle. All the staff that I have met were nice and clear about any information or updates on my cat. We completed the preop and all that was left was the operation date. What I didn't like about the operation date is they set me up for an early time. There was no one at Vetco to greet me at the door as it was locked. I did see some Petco employees walking into the store but the store doesn't open for another 2 hours. So what do I do? While while waiting outside. I watched employees walk in. Asked about getting attended as I had an appointment. Called a couple of times but no one was available to receive my call. Then finally a Vetco employee walked up and asked if I had an appointment. From there I was attended to and made the kitty drop off. Later in the afternoon I came to pick up my cat and had some instructions to follow. A week later we came back for a follow up and my cat was doing great with her recovery. Other than the cost and waiting outside for some time to get someone's attention, I am pleased with the service and speaking with vet about any questions or concerns I may have had at the time.
