“I have been using this location since 2019 and I have been very pleased with the service. From when Erik, Daniel and now the new staff I am very pleased. Only issue I have is the parking but it is a hit and miss. I have received packages other than just my mail here. Both husband and wife are very helpful. At times I am coming from far so I call and ask if I have mail and as always they let me know. Keep up the good service and always thankful knowing my packages are secured.”

“I gave 5 stars because of Susan at Staples on Golden Valley. She was helping a customer with his returns that took long awhile when I stood in another line to purchase my item. She and another sale associate was helping their customer. Third sale associate was floating through the store???? Susan apologized for the wait. When finished she asked if I was signed up for my rewards. Nope! She then proceeded to help me step by step making sure I was in the system?. She is very professional, kind, respectful and a wonderful sense of humor. It’s people like her that keeps me coming back. It’s people like Susan who work very hard that needs to recognize more in their profession. She needs to have 10 stars!!!

“It's the nearest FedEx/UPS drop off location to my parent's place and I also needed a passport photo. The photos cost was $1 less than the CVS next door and everything I needed was done in a reasonable amount of time. My parents had no complaints using their notary service on a few different occasions.”

I was holding a baby in my carrier and 2 large packages and struggling to get through the door and a young man employee came right over to assist me and put the packages down and assured us they would be right with us. So sweet, especially during this busy holiday season. I’ve been to this location multiple times and the young lady with the glasses has always been so efficient and kind!”
“I never thought I would write a review on a UPS store. The people who work there are amazing. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They are very happy which makes me think that they have a good manager . Grace was very polite and sweet. The interaction with her was such a pleasure. This is a first time I had such nice experience at the UPS store. The store was also very clean. Very fair pricing. I was pleasantly surprised.”

“The workers are super helpful. I love the new manager, she helped me send out a package which then got lost. It turns out that weather can delay our packages and the workers at the store don’t know that. The UPS store and UPS are different but the same. The UPS franchises can’t help the same as the UPS Shipping. It turns out that we have 15 days to do a claim to get our money back, Elaine the manager helped me figure out how to do my claim. The UPS company didn’t give me a full refund for the price of my package because I didn’t put insurance but I got a refund for the price of my shipping. I love that the store can help with things that aren’t even their fault. I will definitely come back to this store and recommend anyone come to this store. Customer Service 100/100”

“I usually come to this fedex to drop off packages I need to mail, I have yet to try the other services. However today I walked in and learned that I can just check in packages myself that have a prepaid label on them without having to wait in line. Which is perfect cause I always have something to mail out via FedEx. The guy that helped me was super helpful and showed me how to use the self service machine. I was in and out of there in less than five minutes.”
