“Me and my wife came in and we thought it was going to take forever. The girl working there Diana had the whole place vibing multitasking different accounts and new lines. Her energy was amazing and had the whole store laughing and having a good time. Mind you she was extremely busy and just had the whole thing popping out of amazingness. NEVER have we had quite the most amazing experience at Any Cricket Experience ever. Capital Mall is now our favorite spot to go to. We love Diana's energy an enthusiasm. “Brian, Mike and Hunter were outstanding. I had an old iPhone 7 that was locked and I couldn’t get unlocked. They spend a couple hours with it logged into iTunes. Despite difficulties they kept and it and got the phone restored so I could add it to my plan for me teen without having to buy a new phone! They went above and beyond and were super knowledgeable. Definitely recommend.”
