I had a great experience today with Dr. Waldo at Animal Kingdom. My Harley had a swollen ear and per usual the vet we use was once again was booked out a week plus. I decided then a new vet was in order. I read the reviews of Animal Kingdom and figured I’d give them a shot. I called and they were able to get us in same day and offered an affordable office visit fee. Harley and I showed up a few minutes early. We were in a room within minutes and the doctor came in shortly after. Dr. Waldo was personable, a straight shooter, and genuinely showed an interest in animal medicine. He appears to be someone who takes pride in having mastered his craft.
Long story short, I think our family of 5 canines may be making a move from our current vet over to Animal Kingdom.

5179 Blank Rd, SebastopolWe had 2 "puppy mill" mini schnauzers before we chose a standard schnauzer. We heard of Skansen and when we went to get her we saw and fell in love with the giants. We've raised 3 Giant schnauzers from Skansen since 1980's with a 7 year break between. We're now on our 4th, our first male, who's 11 months, a handful, smart and stubborn. Personalities play a part and we've always driven to Skansen to select our pups from among their excellent selections. Sylvia alsways advocated raw, balanced diets which are more work and costly, yet worthwhile. Our vets always commented on their appearance (coat, eyes, structure) and general good health. We now have a phenomenal trainer for our energetic puppy who is attracting attention from Skansen dog owners in the Los Angeles area. Skansen and Natalie ROCK the dog world. (Mrs. John G.)

DOGMIND - Professional Dog Training

He has such a calm demeanor that it really put us at ease during this process. Our frenchie Ronin really took to the training and we're so grateful. He is everything we had hoped for. Calm, intelligent and a really good looking boy. We also took advantage of the started puppy training (thank you Jane) and it was well worth it. Although we may have missed out on the young puppy stage I did not miss the crate training, chewing, house breaking and multiple vet visits. We just couldn't be happier. Thank you Kentfield Kennels.

4925 Gravenstein Hwy N, SebastopolI could write novels about how much my partner and I love this place — matched only by how much our PUP loves this place.Juniper practically sprints out of the car when we pull into the driveway, straight up to the door. Inside, she’s greeted by familiar, friendly faces who clearly love what they do. The managers, Carla and Megan, are true professionals, and every one of their employees seems happy to be there. The facilities are well kept, and the dogs are vetted, supervised, and tended to appropriately. The staff are extremely attentive, and keep us informed if there is any unusual behavior.We have had bad experiences before at another, larger place nearby. Felt like we had to drag our scared, shaking dog inside every time. It wasn’t long before we called it quits and found Almost Home. Thank god we did, because it really is just that! We feel so thankful to have a place we trust with our favorite, furry family member.

I was immediately won over when we were offered two different bubbles to start and our crew really appreciated how informative yet informal the experience was. It truly felt like friends chatting about food, wine, and culture while sipping some of the best juice around. So glad we found this place!

I was cranky, tired and craving my drink, but once I stepped inside it was a warm, welcoming atmosphere that fully changed my mood. My drink order can be a little confusing, but this was where the barista Johanna showed her true skills. A triple-shot, half caf, soy and almond milk cappuccino with two pumps of lavender, one pump of cinnamon and one of vanilla. It cannot be too dry, but needs to be in line with a cappuccino. It is rarely made right, but somehow she did it perfectly, all the while making pleasant conversation. I have never written a review, but Johanna's exceptional skill and warmth made it impossible not to. It was a wonderful little coffee shop, but it was Johanna who made my day.

Lynmar Estate Winery
3909 Frei Rd, SebastopolOur Healdsburg resort concierge recommended Lynmar Estate for one of the wineries for us to check out while we were in the Sonoma area and it was an amazing recommendation! Definitely try to make a reservation in advance for a more personalized arrival experience. We arrived a few minutes before our afternoon tasting appointment and were greeted warmly by the host staff whom poured our first glass of wine at arrival and showed us to our table. Our host Tome came by to greet us and welcomed us to the winery and brought us fresh popcorn to accompany our wines. He asked us which types of wine we liked and personalized our tasting experience accordingly. We tried a variety of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir wines and it really was truly one of the best wine experiences we have ever had in Napa. We also didn't feel pressured to buy anything or sign up for a wine club. The wine host staff just wanted us to have a good experience with them, which we truly did. We left with 3 bottles of wine, two for Christmas gifts and one for us. We truly want to thank the entire Lynmar Estate Winery staff for a great experience and we look forward to returning!

5425 Gravenstein Hwy N, Sebastopoli drove all the way from the Los Angeles area just to come here. im a big fan of music and a big fan of wine, i couldnt ask for much more. i chose to sit outside but they have a small indoor area for tasting as well. They weren't incredibly busy when i came, it was just me and a couple so the service was immaculate. you MUST get a dog to get the full experience ?. if youre a fan of Primus, they have their old tour bus on show and you can purchase some merchandise as well. my favorite was the Sonoma Coast Rosé, i took a bottle home for myself.

The lavender lemon was also surprisingly delicious. I'm usually a chocolate chip cookie guy but the semi-sweet and triple chocolate chip were just average. Triple chocolate chip was better. Great little cookie shop, I will go back soon for more gingers!
