135 Healdsburg Avenue, HealdsburgDave has been my family Vet since I was 3 years old. His compassion and expertise have been consistently amazing over the 40 years I have been his client. We once had a dog tear her meninscus and PetCare (where we also have gone if it was a weekend) quoted us $4,000 for surgery. Dave said "Or you could give her pain pills and rest and see if she heals" She healed just fine. I trust this man with all of my animals. He knows intuitively when expensive measures are not necessary and when they are.
When he went into semi-retirement, I was nervous about a new doctor. But I should have known he would choose someone so special to be his successor. Dr B is just as amazing and just as capable and the kindest human. I trust her completely. I feel so very lucky to have such a caring team for my animals. My cat was diagnosed with diabetes and Dr B helped us CURE HER of her diabetes. The empathy the staff has is unparalleled to any other Vet clinic I have been to. Thank you to all of you.

15 Healdsburg Avenue, HealdsburgI took 3 foster pups in as an emergency visit. I didn't get to see Dr. Marty who is usually who my own dogs see and they didn't have any parvo tests on site which is what the woman said she expected it to be the issue with one of the 5 week old pups . However I immediately disagreed as bold as that may be. I've been through a puppy dying of Parvo before and I just knew that wasn't it. So considering i only had x amount of $ on me I paid for the office visit which was $80 and bought the items that were listed on the post visit instructions. Which ended up being 2 cans of $5 wet dog food. ...The pup ended up being just fine by the end of the night so obviously it was not parvo.
On a good note though when I took my own dog there the team went out of their way to make my girl comfortable. She was scared to walk on the linoleum flooring so the staff used two foam mats and kept replacing one after she stepped on the second one. All the way to the exam room. I could not ask for better treatment. Only thing I can't appreciate is there are no payment plans available. So I have to give it a 4

8644 CA-128, HealdsburgI first enjoyed Alexander Valley Vineyards Wines, in Denver, Colorado, back in 1982, with my folks. I moved to the Bay area a couple of years later, and made it a point to come visit the family who began AVV. I have enjoyed their wines for man, many years. And the service provided my Mark Gobert in the tasting room always brings me Joy, and his knowledge of AVV is awesome. He has great stories to share, and will make everyone Welcome too. No matter your knowledge of Wines, grape varietals, how wine is made, you will enjoy your experience and time spent with Mark, in their cozy tasting room. Tell Mark I recommended you to go visit and enjoy AVV.

1023 Limerick Ln, HealdsburgThis was a fantastic outing for our group of 7. The seating for our tasting was in a covered area the surrounded by the growing vines. Our tasting consisted of 5 varieties. Andy gave us a truly informative history and background of the vineyard and each wine that we tasted. It became apparent the love and passion behind each wine that the winery produced. LImerick Lanes Cellars is really a boutique winery as they produce only a small number of barrels for each variety. It was truly a wonderful experience.

Jonathan was absolutely amazing and super knowledgeable. he took his time explaining not only the wines but the process of each and the differences that made them unique. They have some dogs on the property that are SO friendly and fun. One of my favorite things about here was the multiple Pinot Noir tastings we could compare based on vine age, soil types, aging process, etc - very cool to see how different they all were!

We enjoyed the beautiful wines, the cozy fun tasting room, the lovely doggo Soup and Eric led us through a tasting. We genuinely loved getting to know about him & his wife’s story and their love for wine and their brand. Joined the wine club and I am already looking forward to my next visit. If you’re visiting Healdsburg and want a personal experience this is the place people!!

Bella Vineyards & Wine Caves
9711 West Dry Creek Road, HealdsburgBella was one of our favourite visits in Sonoma. The tour takes you through caves dug into the hillside, our guide was lovely, and it's easy to see why it's so well reviewed. We didn't expect to like Zinfandel as much as we did, and Bella completely changed our minds about it.
The Lily Hill Estate 2022 and the Rocky Ridge Rockpile were both superb (the Rockpile was my favourite), and the late-harvest Zinfandel was a lovely surprise as a dessert wine. We left with bottles of all three.

Two sides of the property have delightful cozy garden seating with epic views of surrounding mountains & hills. This place will NOT disappoint. We enjoyed the rose. The stone red was smoky and rich if you desire a fantastic red. Bring your own snacks. The out front road is not very busy. Beautiful architecture & great grounds.
