We became regulars for the marrow bones, and other essential needs such as toys and puppy pads. In the boutique, they carry a variety of items for dog needs such as food, toys, shampoos, cleaning products, tags, clothing, and treats. All items are great quality!
Today, my dog got his first haircut here and he looked absolutely adorable after. I received a full report about his experience when I picked him up, as well as recommendations for future visits. I am very happy with his haircut.
I am always greeted with warmth and kindness here, and I trust their expertise for my dog's grooming needs.

We’ve trusted them with our dogs for over 8 years and they still sprint through the door every time we pull into the parking lot. The staff is always friendly, professional, and they really take the time to understand each dog’s personality. One of our dogs is shy and doesn’t like a lot of chaos, so they always place him with the calmer dogs, while our other dog is super high‑energy and gets to play in the more active group, which she absolutely loves.
The facility is clean and well maintained, and our dogs always come home happy, tired, and relaxed. We often add extras like bathing, report cards, and a nighttime Kong, and it’s clear how much they enjoy the extra attention. Balanced Behavior is the only place we completely trust for daycare, boarding, and training, and we recommend them to anyone looking for truly personalized care for their dogs.

We enjoyed the white wine flight, made a few new friends at the bar, and had such a relaxing start to our trip. Alyssa was warm and welcoming, taking the time to walk us through each wine without ever making it feel rushed.
We left with a bottle of Chardonnay that we're excited to enjoy back home. If you're in the Windsor area and looking for a laid-back spot with great wines and genuine hospitality, I'd definitely recommend stopping by.
