Dog & Hydrant
9240 Old Redwood Hwy #120, WindsorI have nothing but amazing things to say about Dog & Hydrant and their staff. Hannah has been grooming Luna for two years now and she is just the best! I don’t worry about leaving Luna to get groomed because I know she is in great hands. Tara at the front is just the sweetest, she is always so helpful and welcoming regardless of how busy the store is. If I could give 100 stars I would!

Conde Veterinary Hospital
8063 Conde Ln, WindsorThis is a small local vet office that is tun by two AMAZING people! For months we were under the impression that our dog has allergies because our vet told us so. Eventually our dog got so bad that she started to lose her hair around her eyes. I called around and made an appointment with a different vet in windsor for a second opinion and they cancelled on my the day before. I was so disappointed, but i called Conde Vet and Debbie was so kind and was able to get me in that same afternoon! Dr. Clark is a specialist when it comes to skin and eyes and instantly did lab work that showed my dog had a bacterial infection in her eyes. They both made us so comfortable, and explained everything so well so that we'd know exactly how to treat it with the medication they provided. This is a great vet! My Ari girl was so luck to have been able to get squeezed in with them.

Balanced Behavior Inc.
7215 Conde Ln, WindsorBalanced Behavior in Windsor is an incredible place for dogs and their humans, and after more than eight years with them I can honestly say they’re the best for boarding, daycare, and training.
We’ve trusted them with our dogs for over 8 years and they still sprint through the door every time we pull into the parking lot. The staff is always friendly, professional, and they really take the time to understand each dog’s personality. One of our dogs is shy and doesn’t like a lot of chaos, so they always place him with the calmer dogs, while our other dog is super high‑energy and gets to play in the more active group, which she absolutely loves.
The facility is clean and well maintained, and our dogs always come home happy, tired, and relaxed. We often add extras like bathing, report cards, and a nighttime Kong, and it’s clear how much they enjoy the extra attention. Balanced Behavior is the only place we completely trust for daycare, boarding, and training, and we recommend them to anyone looking for truly personalized care for their dogs.

CUVER Belgian Brewers
7704 Bell Rd #A, WindsorNot sure how we've missed this gem when visiting Russian River Brewing Windsor but what a fantastic find! Andrea was so friendly and passionate in explaining all their Belgian beers. We absolutely loved the Dobbel and Tripel but every taste was magnificent. This is a MUST-VISIT on your Sonoma County Beer tour.

Bricoleur Vineyards
7394 Starr Rd, WindsorWe came to Bricoleur Vineyards for a “Girls Gone Mild” bachelorette weekend, and while there are plenty of amazing wineries in the area, this one was everyone’s favorite.
The wine and food were absolutely top-notch (pro tip: order the Isla Rose Brut Rosé and the French fries, you won’t regret it!). What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was Anthony. He went above and beyond to make sure we had an incredible visit, helping us explore different wines, answering all of our questions, and even sharing recommendations for the rest of our trip.
The grounds are breathtaking, with gorgeous views and a welcoming atmosphere that made us want to stay all day. Anthony made us feel less like visitors and more like family.
We’ll definitely be back with our families on future trips. If Bricoleur isn’t on your itinerary, you’re missing out!
P.S. Ask for Anthony, he’s fantastic and deserves a raise in our opinion!

Himalayan Restaurant
810 McClelland Dr, WindsorOne of our favorites in Windsor. The food is delicious and the service is always friendly and efficient. We love their lunch special and sitting outside on their dog-friendly patio overlooking the Green. The lunch special feeds us for dinner too! Such a great value and perfect to wash down with a Taj Mahal lager or a mango lassi. ?

Notre Vue Estate Winery & Vineyards
11010 Estate Ln, WindsorA friend and I stopped in after a day at a conference and really enjoyed our experience here. The sommelier had excellent timing in bringing out more wines to try and gave us great descriptions of each wine. He also was very kind and friendly. (I wish I could remember his name, this was the evening of 4/16/26). We tasted many different wines and they all were fantastic. The view from the deck is also really beautiful. Just an all around fun experience, and I am happy I got to bring home some wines for my husband to try, too! I would stop in again in a heartbeat, I hope I will visit this area again some day!

La Crema

Tilted Shed Ciderworks
7761 Bell Rd, WindsorThere aren't many cider houses around, so we stopped by here to take a quick break from wine country.
Dave was incredibly friendly and walked us through a bunch of different ciders to try. The whole place has a great, mellow vibe that's perfect for just relaxing, and they have nice seating options both inside and outdoors.
Stop by to support a family business.

Two Shepherds Wine
7763 Bell Rd, WindsorThis is absolutely some of the best wine not only in Windsor but in the greater region — the TS team work magic on lesser-known varietals, so you won’t find wines like this anywhere else. Hunter was a fantastic host in the tasting room, talking us through their philosophy while also making the wines approachable for less experienced drinkers. Also, talk about great bottle prices!

Martinelli Vineyards & Winery
3360 River Rd, WindsorWe went on a weekday before lunch hour. It was an impromptu side trip because we thought it was connected to the Martinelli sparkling cider brand. Boy, we were wrong! It turned out to be a good side trip though. We had a quiet wine tasting and enjoyed the quiet ambiance of the place. Martinelli has been in the area since 1880s and worth visiting.

Cormorant Cellars
1200 American Way, WindsorBought and blind tasted the Grenache Blanc Marsanne blend and absolutely loved it. Sharing it with family with the same very positive response from all. Notes on the nose of hay with balanced acidity makes this an absolute pick for the cellar. Highly recommend!
