We were so impressed at her ability to get him to focus and we appreciate her thoroughness teaching us each of the drills, always making sure we had an understanding and offered to answer any questions. That is just the business name. 2 privately owned stores, one in Santa Rosa one in Corte Madera. They have a huge selection of food, toys etc for small pets (cats, dogs,etc), fish and birds. Food prices for high end products are the same as Chewy, Amazon or the large pet product chains and prices on most canned foods are less. The brand I buy is 20cents less than anywhere else. And parking is great at both locations. Highly recommend

From the moment we walked in, the receptionist was so sweet and understanding, making the whole process easy and stress-free. Janel, the groomer was absolutely amazing her work is beautiful and you can tell she genuinely loves what she does. She was so knowledgeable, kind, and patient, and she made sure Ozzy was comfortable the entire time. It's clear that everyone here truly cares about the dogs they work with and takes real pride in their craft. I can't recommend Trim & Proper Grooming Parlor enough we'll definitely be back! ??

2210 County Center Dr, Santa RosaI am so grateful we found this clinic! Everyone who works there is incredibly kind, knowledgable, and compassionate. I'd highly recommend checking out this practice to anyone, but especially if you have a an animal that is more nervous in typical vet office environments. Our dog has had a lot of fear going to the vets ever since he got neutered and can react aggressively, we've done a lot of training with him and he wears a muzzle, but he is still sensitive and learning that its okay to be touched by humans. Felicia (vet tech) was absolutely AMAZING being able to help handle our dog with such care and sureness, so Dr. Powers could administer his yearly vaccines swiftly. Dr. Powers was understanding and took his time to greet our dog and give him space, before approaching for the medical work. We are glad we found this place and will be referring anyone we know here!

5345 Highway 12 West, Santa RosaI'm so grateful. The best experience I've had with a veterinary office of any kind. The staff is amazing. Incredibly friendly. Cared more about my dog than over charging for needed elements of care than people can not generally afford during financial hardship or not. Less than 24 hours after appointment I received a text with lab results which explained her symptoms. Her medication for the condition was available for pick up the next day. AND then...... spring of 2022 my girl was having symptoms that were highly concerning me. I kept calling them to get her an appointment \u0026 they kept blowing me off. Well she was VERY VERY SICK. I was told her blood work was so messed up the vet said she must of ate something toxic. At that point she had kidney failure \u0026 to attempt to save her life the first 24 hours would cost about $5000.

Getting a Malinois from the shelter, we knew positive reinforcement training was a must, and it has made all the difference. Nala has become a happy, confident dog who loves playing with other dogs and has overcome her post-shelter anxiety.
Penny is just as great with people as she is with dogs, and she coached my husband and me beautifully throughout the process. We love Penny and will continue recommending her to everyone we know!

Cara was with us every step of the way--from regular reiki treatments and advice on navigating life with a senior cat to facilitating when Frida was ready to leave us. Frida was a VERY particular creature and Cara was a cherished part of her inner circle--high praise coming from a Torty (if you know, you know)! Most recently Cara helped me navigate the sudden loss of my 7-year-old dog. She's a compassionate, insightful, loving human being with the unique gift of helping animals and their people through the death and dying process -- whether it's a sudden loss or a longer journey with hospice care.

The wines are high-quality Russian River Valley Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and sparkling wines with an elegant, balanced, restrained, food-friendly, terroir-driven style—nothing overdone, just really beautiful, expressive wines. And the Grenache!
It’s a small production, sustainability-focused winery, and you can feel that care in everything. The tasting was personal and educational, not rushed or commercial at all—more authentic.
This is what wine tasting should feel like. I felt like I was in a lovely small village in France and I've found a true gem.
