I had a 10/10 experience at Karsten Imports. After visiting another specialized Subaru mechanic in North Hollywood and having a less-than-satisfactory experience there, I was anxious about where to take my WRX for repairs. We had spent a lot of money trying to fix a problem that was never resolved.
Then I found the team at Karsten Imports. They informed me about the repairs, and it turned out that a faulty part caused the consistent misfires I was experiencing, which the previous shop had installed and told me was working “fine”. The team replaced the part, and my car has been running like a dream ever since!
As a woman, taking my car to a mechanic can sometimes be stressful, but I felt at ease here. I appreciated their high-quality work and clear communication throughout the entire process. Thank you!!!”
