They can't control the aspects that people complain about re: this post office such as the parking, length of the line, etc. I've always felt cared for and respected there. “Thank you for a delightful experience. Professionals working together to make things happen. My trip was unrelated to the female blond mailing other items out. She followed us out of the post office. At this time, my pick ups include myself, accompanied by a short male Asian mixed guy smiling in the camera speaking a little Japanese with peppery hair. I like to stick with the same team. We stick together.

“I stopped to get a money order. The line was short for once and I was happy because I thought my wait time wouldn't be long. I was wrong, it took forever and a long line built as I waited. Finally at my turn all I needed was a money order and had a debit card so exact change. The man behind the counter said Jesus Christ everybody today wants a money order. Despite my needing one minute after standing in line for 20 minutes.”
“I came at 9 AM and there was a short line, I just think they need to clean the building and when I asked the staff for a sticker he said no but other USPS have given no problem”
“Other than having a very hard time finding this place, the service was great and the postal workers were friendly and helpful. I also came at noon, which isn't as busy a time. If you're trying to look for this place, it's behind the Amazon Fresh. I didn't know that there was a small mall in that corner.”
“This is my second time stopping by. The first one was not good at all. Probably it is because it's almost 5pm and they're closing soon. The male postal worker must be tired and he is not happy to answer inquiries. The second time, I came Friday afternoon. There was a line but it went fast. This lady named Sandra helped me to make the transaction easy. She explained to me in detail the differences regarding the amount of each mailing options. With that, it helped me a lot to decide. I agree with a fellow Yelper - Sandra has been a great. Recommended.”
“Best mailbox center for miles. Every time I come here the service is excellent. I needed to send a fax months ago and he did it for free without thinking twice. Old school style service. Very appreciated. Padded envelopes reasonably priced. Everything you need. I couldn't recommend a better place. A PLUS.”

“I stopped by this USPS office to drop of an Amazon return. I been to the plaza this USPS office is in so many times but never knew there was a USPS here. I found parking easily since this office is in a plaza with many parking spots. When I walked inside the post office, there was no one in line so I was able to walk up and hand my package since everything was paid for already. I got my receipt and left, it was a simple and easy process.”

“Was no line when I arrived, but in the 10 mins it took to address some envelopes, 3 people had snuck in behind me. Naturally, each customer had a complicated transaction, so it took about 15 mins to advance to the window. About 6 people had lined up behind me during my wait. Staff was friendly and efficient. Decent post office if you time it right!”
