“Matthew Mitchell at Staples provided truly exceptional customer service. My husband went in to print a personalized Tooth Fairy letter and envelope for our daughter after she lost her first tooth. I had accidentally submitted the files with typos, and he caught the mistakes before we took them home.
Not only did he let my husband know, but he even got on the phone with me right before closing to help fix everything and reprint it in time. At no point did he make me feel embarrassed or like I was being difficult. He was patient, kind, and genuinely went above and beyond to help make this such a special and memorable experience for our daughter.
