“After spending over two hours on the phone with customer service without getting the issue resolved, I decided to go to the store, and I’m so glad I did. Bentley went above and beyond to help me and took care of the issue.
He is extremely knowledgeable about their systems and clearly knows what he’s doing. While I was at the store, we called customer service for assistance, but they couldn’t even figure out what needed to be done. Bentley actually tried to explain to them how to fix the problem because he didn’t have the authority or access in their system to fix it himself, even though he knew exactly what needed to be done.
After another 35 minutes on the phone with customer service, with Bentley right there trying to guide them, he eventually figured out a way to resolve the issue on his own.
