“We wound up using Enterprise after being screwed over by 2 other companies (Turo and Sixt. Don’t EVER use Sixt! We showed up for our reservation and were told they had NO CARS at all). Tbe people at the Miramar location (especially Isabella) were fantastic. They were very friendly and took great care of us. That experience was so good that I wound up renting from them again just a few weeks later. I have family coming to care for me after a surgery I’m having next month and I’ll be renting a van from these guys because I know I can count on them.”

“We had booked a mini van with CBX Budget car rental. On the day of our vacation, after waiting in line for an hour, when we went to pick up the car they did not have the car available. It is unbelievable how the staff was not able to contact the manager to address the issue. We had specifically booked a mini van because my dad is paralyzed and could not get in any other big cars. We had no idea what to do. My family was waiting to go on vacation and we finally called Joe(saw him on google). Joe answered immediately and said he had a mini van available. He saved our vacation plans and the rental process was stress free. Friendly and reliable services.”

“This is a nice place! The staff was kind and the price is cheap if you have insurance. (Their insurance is expensive though) This is an independent car rental office that contracts with both Avis & Budget. The cars will be the same for either so pick the best price between the two companies. It's not in the nicest part of town, but the car was clean and didn't smell, the manager gave me options for a few vehicles, and everyone in the office was considerate and kind. I overheard the staff offering to stay late for another customer so he didn't have to pay the fee for an extra day. Hope you give them a chance!
You will need to have a little bit of patience because there's only one or two staff, so come early if you're tight on time.”

“I cannot rave enough about Miguel at Budget Miramar!! His service alone redeemed the awful situation of them running out of the car I ordered. Anyone who rents cars must know this is a common occurrence and NOT THEIR FAULT. Yet, when it happened to me, Miguel stepped in, gave me options on how to make it work and helped me find a car to fit my needs, as well as went above and beyond to provide for a successful rental. He kept the transactions fair and smooth, even when the computer wasn't cooperating. EXTREMELY professional and personable. High high recommend. Not sure who they had working their before, but this guy is your guy, if you rent from here!”
