“I have been a loyal customer of mattress firm for about 10 years. Quality sleep is extremely important to me and my two children who have special needs. Self-care always involves proper rest and care of the body and having a good mattress to sleep on is vital. I have been to mattress firm in Encinitas four times total assisting my Handicapped, elderly mom, choose the right mattress, and also choosing a new pillow for myself. The customer service at this location is above and beyond any location I’ve ever been to. AJ and Luke are both so knowledgeable about their products, I did not have to stress about my decisions. It is an investment to buy high-quality products, but they made sure to give me the best prices available. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.”

“I went to the Ashley store to just “look around” with no intention of buying today. My friend and I checked out many sectionals and had some questions. Jessica was our person! She’s a trained and experienced designer and she quickly applied those skills to help me select the perfect sectional. She was knowledgeable of their products, material, density of the cushions etc. I was concerned on the size and she took out her tape measure to make sure what I was thinking was going to be a perfect fit. She was convincing me that it was time to buy. The best part is that she went to bat for me with her manager and got me a killer deal! I really appreciate her thoroughness and her customer service.
