“I have been a loyal customer of mattress firm for about 10 years. Quality sleep is extremely important to me and my two children who have special needs. Self-care always involves proper rest and care of the body and having a good mattress to sleep on is vital. I have been to mattress firm in Encinitas four times total assisting my Handicapped, elderly mom, choose the right mattress, and also choosing a new pillow for myself. The customer service at this location is above and beyond any location I’ve ever been to. AJ and Luke are both so knowledgeable about their products, I did not have to stress about my decisions. It is an investment to buy high-quality products, but they made sure to give me the best prices available. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.”

“I had the pleasure of working with Luke and AJ at Mattress Firm in Encinitas. They both were extremely patient and considerate of my budget. Luke was understanding when I asked to replace my first mattress, a Nectar Premier. It felt firm enough when I tested it, but turned out to be too soft for me. So they honored their promise and even gave me the sale price on my upgrade to the Sealy PressureSmart firm. Delivery was quick and on time, so overall, I had a great experience!”

When you go in, you can be sure of getting personalized attention, just the right amount of product information, expert insights, and enough space to try out their chairs and come to your own conclusions. They make the whole thing easy and fun. Best to go there when you have some open-ended time to really get the full experience.
I’m so thankful to live in a community that has Relax The Back stores, where you can go in and try before you buy, and count on great service afterward. There are some things you just should not buy online, and thankfully you don’t have to.

“We came into this location looking for a particular leather arm chair we saw on their website. We were immediately greeted by Marie, very friendly and extremely helpful. We looked around a bit unfortunately they did not have the chair we were looking for on display but Marie was able to order it for us and gave us a great deal which included delivery. The overall experience was wonderful and Marie went above and beyond to assist us in our purchase. I purchased my first queen bed at Mattress Place in 2021 & there hasn’t been a day I am not thankful for its high-end quality, heavenly comfort and price. Since then, the daughter Ruth and her husband have taken over this family run business & they are each as impressive as their father was in 2021. Their knowledge, customer service & products are 5 star in every way. I & my partner loved all their beds, but the chiropractor endorsed plush king bed we selected was over the top spectacular. I simply can’t recommend this store enough to you. Amazing”
