“I was in need to repair my iPhone 12 Pro screen, it got a green line on the left side of the screen, and it cant turn on sometimes after I accidentally dropped it. I was in need to get it fixed, and Apple store took long time and more expensive to do, so I decided to bring it in to Gadget World. The staff was really nice and helpful, and offered me a great price, and fixed it for me with 30 minutes. It works like brand new now. I am very pleased with the services. I will come again if I have any cell phone needs.”

“I could not have anticipated such a good experience I brought my newly machine washed iPhone to them with little hope. After being washed in a washing machine. Three months later I write this review on that phone. The young man repaired my phone with a new battery, and warned me about that water damage and offered to back up my data in case it did not worked for long. It has. He was efficient, knowledgable, kind and more than fair on price. What a great experience”

“A huge thank you to KAELYN and ALEJANDRA!! My phone's (Google Pixel 4) apparently getting phased out with the att tower upgrade (complete bs, but whatever), so one day it just stopped being able to receive or make calls. It was weird and frustrating to not be able to use my phone for phone purpose, while everything else still works fine.I went to a downtown location and they couldn't give me a solution beyond telling me to buy a newer phone. This store, at least, was able to troubleshoot it so I can use my phone for longer. How long? Who knows. But I'll enjoy this phone for as long as I can before I'm forced to upgrade it. I definitely feel like the staff here knows their craft more compared to the Downtown location. Once I tell them, they are immediately able to hone in on the issue being related to the IMEI number, then ALEJANDRA did her magic and got it working again. The one downtown called att support line, forced me to wait for almost two hours, without resolving anything. So huge props to the folks here!”

“I was perate to buy a new phone, because my ancient iPhone suddenly decided to stop making outgoing calls. It just so happened that Boost had a special on certain iPhones, and this particular store had one left of the model I wanted. I rushed over to the store, not expecting anything beyond the usual lengthy, annoying process of buying and activating a new phone. I had seen that the store had a very low review rating, so I was prepared for the worst. Instead, I got great, patient, friendly help with my purchase, and skilled help with activating my new phone and migrating my info from my old phone. Over the two hours I was there, (my original phone was quite old, so uploading my old info was sloooow). there was a steady influx of customers, mostly colorful folks from the surrounding neighborhood. The owner Chris and Jeremiah, my sales person/tech guy, made a real effort to help each one of the customers in a kind. effective way. A number of the people who dropped in were just there to say hi. The place feels more like a friendly community center than a electronics store. I asked the owner about his clientele, and he said many were more friends than customers. He has been in business there since 1988, and he said, "We're the only one left (meaning a neighborhood gathering place), and I'll die here." Chris, Jeremiah and the rest of the staff are offering a true community service along with a peasant pace to buy a new phone or a honkin' sub woofer. 10/10 would buy from them again.”

“For someone who has switched carriers a number of times and is familiar with the overall process of it, this Cricket wireless is awesome (best value), and this particular location is very knowledgeable and quick to help you. Izzy (not sure how his name is spelled), helped me a couple of times already and was friendly and really fast. And to those who haven't tried Cricket Wireless, I have tried Mint, T-mobile, and AT&T, all of which I regretted within a month of usage. I am back to Cricket and very satisfied with the value it offers. I realized the massive discounts on a new iPhone 13 Pro with T-Mobile and AT&T actually weren't worth it was given expensive monthly charges. And T-Mobile gets no internet in certain places within San Francisco and Daly City.”
