“I run a small business from my home and I go to this post office branch weekly to do large mailings, send priority packages, etc. The staff there are ALWAYS so helpful, patient and pleasant.The customer service has always been excellent and professional and they treat each customer with respect and courtesy. I would go out of my way to go to this branch because of the staff alone!”

“Kudos to the employee who searched for my mail in the office and contacted the person who distributes mail to confirm they had it. My mail, which included my passport, had missing information, which is why it wasn't delivered for a month. She took the time to help me, and I truly appreciate her effort!”

“I had a great experience at the Woodside Post Office. Monique and Daisy were both super friendly, kind, and helpful. I had a question about shipping a package to Germany, and they took the time to walk me through the process and make sure everything was set up correctly.
What I really appreciated is that they accepted the discounted shipping level I was using — I’ve been to other post offices where they give you a hard time about that, but here, it was no problem at all.
The whole visit was easy, smooth, and just plain pleasant. It’s not often you leave a post office in a good mood, but this one honestly made my day. Thank you, Monique and Daisy — you’re the best!”

“It’s okay. I like the ones that have the self service station as it’s much easier and this one does not have one. Still able to do what you need but be prepared to wait and stand in line for a good period of time.”

Second Statement: The employee acknowledged broader frustrations faced by postal workers nationwide due to changes implemented by the current administration. They highlighted that recent layoffs and a shift towards hiring inexperienced temporary workers have exacerbated issues within the Postal Service, resulting in slower mail delivery and increased instances of lost mail. The employee emphasized that postal workers are actively protesting these changes in hopes of improvement but warned that challenges are likely to persist over the next few years.”

“Came here to mail something across the country. The post office is tucked away in building 6 and you have to enter through a back entrance. Luckily I had asked another employee where to go and gave me a tip that it was in a building that looked like it wasn't open (haha). Once I was in the building, the signs were super helpful. The post office itself was small but it had everything you needed. The woman working there, Thu, was super helpful and even helped me figure out what box to use in order to save the most money. She even helped me with packaging too. Overall great service and I'm glad I am close to here for any mailing needs. Avoids the usual long lines for sure. FYI: there are no self kiosks so you will need to wait. However, it doesn't seem like a very busy office to begin with.”
“Got my passport application done in 10 minutes. There was no wait. Tessa was very nice and explained everything very clearly. She also watches the line, when there is a shortage of staff, she rings the bell to make sure customers are served promptly.”

“Fast service, courteous staff, clean store containing a self service kiosk proving a convenient alternative to the full service counter. I was in and out within two minutes, even though I was third in line.”
“The bad reviews are justifiable, especially since the USPS website is not helpful at all. However, when you do know the correct pick-up hours, then there's not much to complain about. I had to pick up some mail because my address isn't fully validated or something, and it took under 5 minutes for them to find it all.
They should consider adding another timeslot, like on a weekend or maybe in the evening.”

“This is one of two Post Offices in the area that I know of that has a Self-Service Kiosk AND where the lobby is open 24 hours - AMAZING ? LIFE SAVER! The other Post Office with 24-hour Kiosk access is in downtown Mountain View. SO GRATEFUL! I can never make it to the post office before they close - so I LOVE LOVE LOVE the 24-hr Self-Service Kiosk. You can buy postage, get Priority Mail packaging and mail it all on your own. We are so lucky to have this available to us and I hope they never decide to close the lobby. Thank you USPS. Big fan of this service!”
