“We've been happy T-Mobile customers for 7 years, with great service and quick resolution of any issues. In early April, I ordered a new phone online—something I’ve done with every upgrade. I unknowingly placed the order on the last day of a $500 trade-in promotion. My card was charged, but on April 5th, I received an email stating the order was canceled with no explanation, just a refund.
When I called T-Mobile, no one could tell me why it was canceled. I was told to reorder, which I did, but this time, the trade-in value dropped to $175. I had screenshots of the original promotion and wasn’t willing to lose $325. After more than two months of back-and-forth with customer care (with repeated promises that never resulted in action), a supervisor finally told me I needed to visit a store.
At the first store, they confirmed I should have received the $500, but couldn’t help further. I was told to try a corporate location. Frustrated, I went in expecting more of the same, but instead, Marisa listened patiently and brought in her manager, Alberto, who said, “Let me try to make this right.”
Forty-five minutes later, I left the store relieved and very grateful. A BIG thanks to Alberto and Marisa, I’m once again a happy customer—and hopeful to be with T-Mobile for another 7 years.”

Our phones were quite old, requiring special attention for the data transfer, but Mason and Annette worked together seamlessly to handle any issues that arose.
Mason, in particular, was outstanding. His ability to manage multiple customers simultaneously while maintaining efficient and courteous service was remarkable. “I always go to this store everyone is super friendly. Unfortunately the 800 number for Tmobile Customer Service left out a few things from my package delivery as well as complete instructions but they did tell me I could return to my original store where I bought the equipment and they could help me, which I should of done originally. Thankfully Omar was there to help trouble shoot with great communication and professionalism. Super patient with me no matter how many times I needed to go back and forth today.

“Had a really great experience on Mother's Day. Bryan took care of us. Even though the t-mobile systems were not processing our requests as expected, Bryan did everything he possibly could to resolve it. We were very fortunate that he showed us the online deals and were able to leave with (2) iPhones 16 se & Pro (in store) & processed the Samsung tab 10FE ultra 5G order online I'm looking forward to potentially solving the galaxy watch ultra order so we can have that delivered as well. Extremely satisfied. Johnny, Sergio and Bryan are all amazing. They handle my billing issue from start to finish. Johnny was really thorough at explaining the proration charges and the up and coming bill. Sergio provided Johnny the managerial support and guidance to accomplish this billing issue and helping other customers at the same time. It was great to see Bryan again. They were just overall very courteous and amazing gentlemen. T-mobile is lucky to have this trio at this store.”
