“About 1.5 months ago my phone’s front screen was severely damaged and I needed it fixed as soon as possible, but I was struggling to find a place to repair it at by the end of the day until I was recommended to come here. This place repaired the screen in ~2.5hrs and I was surprised by the results, my phone looked brand new. I was also impressed that they quoted me half the price that I would’ve paid if I had gone to an Apple Store instead.
I came back recently too for my phone’s power button to get fixed, and it was quick and cheap just like before. This is definitely a trustworthy & reliable place. It’s a hidden gem for device repairs.”

“I called Antonio at lunch time due to my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra having a bloated battery ? (very bad). He said he had a replacement and to stop by after work. He took care of it same day, about an hour after drop off. Saved me a lot vs buying a new phone! Highly recommended.”

“The best experience I have ever had with a Tmobile store was at this location. I came in to cancel my service because it was just becoming to expensive for me. I was helped out by Albert and he was able to help me not only lower my bill but I also found out I eligible for a new phone and would get a huge discount if I traded in my old one! So I ended up with a cheaper monthly payment on my phone plan and a brand new phone! The entire experience was easy and he explained everything about the new plan and all the changes we made and what the new payment I should expect to see each month was. He was absolutely phenomenal at his job and made a simple transaction into a memorable experience. If you need to shop in store this is the place to go!”

“I took my 82year-old mother to this store and the store manager Mary was very kind and helping my mom get set up on her replacement phone moving all for information over from the old phone to the new one which took a little while. Also unfortunately my mom forgot her passwords for Facebook and Google and Mary was very helpful in helping my mom out. I just want to say I've dealt with Mary in the past and she's just been nothing but incredible. “Ok, time for one more update. Support made one more contact with me. They sent a postage paid mailing label to send back the 3-in-1 charger for testing and they also refunded me for my purchase. While I was happy with that, they next went the extra mile by sending me a new wireless charger! This charger works exactly as advertised and I am extremely happy with it. That was very nice of them. Thank you!”
