“approximately a month ago, I was having trouble obtaining standard supplies from ups stores in the bay area, corporate directed me to this store here, there were two guys there , David and Clinton, and although didn't have to, went above and beyond assisting me with obtaining the materials I needed, I.e. boxes, and label sleeves that nobody on the other side of the bay would go out there way to provide. I drove all the way from alameda to mill valley and these guys had the materials waiting for me. very friendly and very helpful, enough to impress me to write this review. thank you very much for your assistance fellas , big thumbs up and appreciation. “I had two sets of business cards made, one of them at the last minute. The lady who served me said she could print and cut the second, last minute set, while I waited. It took a minute or two, and that was it. And she wore a beautiful smile one her face the whole time.”

I had a slightly nonstandard request for the print job, and the staff were able to sort everything out after we discussed the specifics of UPS' processes. “Hands down the BEST UPS Store I’ve ever been to — and it’s all because of the incredible team working there. There are about 4 or 5 guys who run the place, and every single one of them is absolutely AMAZING. They’re fast, efficient, super friendly, and go above and beyond to help every customer.
Whether I’m dropping off a simple return or need help with packing, printing, or shipping, they always greet me with a smile and handle everything like pros. You can tell they actually care and take pride in their work, which is so rare these days.
The energy in this store is positive and upbeat every time I walk in. They make errands feel easy (even enjoyable), and that’s saying a lot. Huge shoutout to the whole team — y’all make this store a 10/10 experience every single time!

“Postmaster Judy Bartlett went out of her way to correct an error made by San Anselmo post office, and Nicoletta is always very helpful whenever I go into the Fairfax office. Huge improvement to prior experiences with some previous employees, and antithesis of the San Anselmo office, which is terribly hostile and continually incompetent.”
“I don't use use the post office much, but when I have a choice, I use the Terra Linda Station.
Not only is this the closest post office to me, but (most of the time) the lines are short, and the employees are friendly and helpful.”
