“I stopped by the San Rafael branch last Thursday around 6:00 pm , to buy HP 910 color ink, and when I checked the shelves, they were mostly empty. I was disappointed, but as I was walking out, I turned back and asked the cashier if he knew when they would restock the HP 910 color. He immediately went to the back and searched everywhere to find the ink for me. I was so grateful—he truly went out of his way to help. I left Staples thankful and relieved, and I can finally print my manuscript.”

“Matt and Mackenzie are the absolute best!! ?✨ Super helpful and amazing people. They made my print job a breeze and made the visit very enjoyable overall. Can’t say enough good things, especially after a super not great experience at a UPS store. Lesson learned FedEx all the way and this store specifically! You guys rock ? ??????♀️??????”

“I went in to this post office today needing help sending a package to a loved one overseas. Demetria did a wonderful job explaing the proccess of how long it would take to get there as well as how to track it. She made the experience really easy for me and I hope to have her help me again. More people with her work ethic and level of care should be hired. Overall a wonderful experience and stellar customer service. Thanks again Demetria.”

“This is s uniquely fantastic UPS store. It is extremely well managed, kind and helpful, delightful employees. I always have a great experience and find the staff fun and inspiring. Andrew and his wife Lilia are superb owners and Minerva has provided A+++ customer service every time I've been in. There is another employee whose name I now can't remember who is also so friendly, helpful, and cheerful. Really a great spot. I drive far to skip the grabby UPS stores and go here; it's the best.”

“This place is great and I am so grateful to have it in Fairfax (especially b/c the Fairfax Post Office is notoriously difficult to deal with). I have used this UPS store for returns, shipping holiday gifts, making copies, and notary services a couple times. They are always quick and helpful and I am always in and out. the hours are fantastic as well (open late, on weekends). It's so nice to not have to truck up to Terra Linda location etc. anymore.”

“Since I couldn’t print in color at my place, I used Staples to do it this time. It’s easy to access, there’s plenty of parking, and the process was simple. However, I was a little disappointed that some staff didn’t greet me, almost felt ignored.”

“The Trading Post at Marin Country Mart is an absolute gem! It's not just a post office and souvenir shop—it's a whole experience. Every visit feels like a little treasure hunt, with new and unique finds each time. Drew, who runs the place, is incredibly kind and helpful and always makes the visit even more special. Whenever I have friends visiting from out of town, I make sure to bring them here. It's a must-see spot in Marin!”

“The Bad: Mixed up shipping labels; shipped someone else's box to me using my label, and shipped my box to someone else. The Good: When I notified store of error, UPS staff worked diligently to try to find my box and keep me informed of status. Then when notified of my box's arrival at someone else's location by that recipient, staff worked promptly to facilitate delivery to me. UPS Customer Service phone staffer was also helpful.”

“This UPS location is the BEST! They are super helpful and nice. They make things very easy to return. I have never had any problem finding parking, and it's right outside the store, so it's great not to have to carry my boxes far. The employees have always been very prompt and efficient with drama free service. This is definitely the best UPS around.”

“I really appreciated the self-service print service as a Windows user, and the staff was very helpful with my specific questions about passport photo requirements. I had a slightly nonstandard request for the print job, and the staff were able to sort everything out after we discussed the specifics of UPS' processes. Cole was very knowledgeable about the business, and definitely the superstar of the three businesses I visited trying to get prints. Big shout out to him, very detail oriented and has good eyes for the quality of the prints.”

“It was so nice to walk into a store like this and be greeting in such a friendly and nice manner by the FedEx employee on duty. It was early in the morning yet he was very cheerful and helpful. I wish I knew his name. He was working at 8:30 am in the San Rafael CA office on 4/11/23. Anyway I really appreciate his upbeat manner and the fact that he helped me figure out which box and which service to use that would meet my needs. Thank you for hiring considerate employees like him. PS His parents raised him right (Written by wife of Steve.)”

“Postmaster Judy Bartlett went out of her way to correct an error made by San Anselmo post office, and Nicoletta is always very helpful whenever I go into the Fairfax office. Huge improvement to prior experiences with some previous employees, and antithesis of the San Anselmo office, which is terribly hostile and continually incompetent.”

“I had a super good experience here with my walk-in live Scan. The guys knew what they were doing and did it cheerfully. After my live scan I used a desk to do some work on my laptop while more customers came in and each one they treated with respect and willingly helped.”
