You're greeted the second you walk in the door, and they are always happy to help you find what you are looking for. And if they don't have it, they will order it for you or help you find it elsewhere. Can't tell you how many times they have helped me out. Always the best!”

“Usually people try to upsale or get you to buy something before walking out of the store. Here I got the opposite. I got an employee who seemed to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Instead of selling me simply what I asked for he asked what my goal was. After seeing I needed something completely different he guided me in the steps to get where I needed to be. Definitely will be back”
“Thank you harbor freight for this location on hammer! Always great deals for the weekend hacker. I love the hand tools, power tools, safety equipment, paint supplies, etc. I always check if harbor freight has it before going to the big hardware stores ..just in case, plus you never know when you're going to need a metal detector and machete.”

“This is a five star place. Very helpful staff, good prices compared to the box stores, and has that smaller family business feel (= they care). For example, recently I ordered something and when I realized it would not fit in my car they offered to drive it over to my home, on the spot, for FREE. My goodness. If only every local business cared about their customers like that.”
“Never been to WhiteCap before today and i definitely regret it. The quality of the tools and the options that are in stock was great. Felt like when i was a kid and walked into Disneyland for the first time?. If you are in the field on a daily basis shopping direct in store at WhiteCap is a must.”

“I find what I need and then some. I've bought cleaning supplies, bbq cover, trellis, outdoor patio chairs etc. I like the self check out. One problem is THEY DONT TAKE APPLE PAY. I could not pay with my phone so that's a little outdated.”

I use the Lowes app, so I know exactly what I need, what aisle, and the section it's in. So I hardly need help from the staff. But the staff are always friendly and welcoming every time I'm in there.”
