Convenience Stores
“Very convenient location and operating hours. No, the gas isn’t as cheap as the Costco in San Bernardino and you won’t find as many treats as you would in a Buc-ees, but you’re in the middle of nowhere.”
“It's more of a traditional gas station convenience store than an actual general store. You can get gasoline, alcohol, drinks and snacks here, and use the restroom. Most of the non-snack food here is dry packaged food, like ramen in a cup, Mac and cheese. They have some houseold essentials like aspirin, laundry detergent, shampoo, etc. They have a few other random items like screw drivers, pliers, cords and straps for tying down cargo etc. their selection is really limited though. The larger half of the store is mostly novelty items from Death Valley.
I do like that they have free level 2 ev charging off the side of the building. One the chargers didn't work, and I didn't need the change, but good to see that there's something in case someone needs it.”
“Good priced gas for Death Valley. Cheaper than furnace creek and one of the few options out here. 4 pumps and it’s right across from a great little bar and restaurant.”
