“Throughout my accident process this has been the only great part about it. My experience with CARSTAR was wonderful thanks to Erick and his team. The customer service was really good and Erick helped me not feel worried about the repairs. On top of that, the repairs were amazing. Not only did I get my car back in perfect condition but Erick's team brought it back feeling like a brand new car leaving my decorations intact as well. Only slight complaint that I would've left the rating as a 4.8 stars would be that my battery was not tightened all the way in place but that isn't the end of the world or anything. Would definitely want to come back although I hope I do not have to because of an accident. Wish I could've enjoyed the way my car looks but the typical LA streets stole one of my wheel covers. Anyways, a couple weeks later and everything regarding the way the car runs is still perfect. All in all, thank you so much Erick and crew.”

“I don't usually write reviews, but my experience here with Hamlet deserves recognition. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of, and I honestly couldn't have asked for better service.
What stood out immediately was how proactive he was with my insurance company. They were unresponsive and difficult to deal with, and I was starting to lose hope that anything would get resolved quickly. Hamlet took that stress completely off my shoulders -- he contacted them again and again, never letting up until he got the answers and approvals needed. “I recently had a little accident when visiting Ktown and broke my side mirror. My friend suggested I check out Yosemite. When I arrived, Mr. Lee didn’t have the exact part in stock, but he quickly looked it up, showed me the price, and ordered it online right in front of me — full transparency, no hidden costs. Mr. Lee also helped me tape up my broken mirror so I could drive around in the meantime.
Since I actually live a bit far from the shop, I was worried about making multiple trips and having to go through rush hour traffic to come to the shop. Mr. Lee kindly offered to come to my house after hours once the part arrived, since he lives not far away from me. And he did show up fixing the mirror and leaving my car looking as good as new.
Mr. Lee’s dedication and kindness are impressive ? I am so grateful for his kindness and for discovering this trustworthy auto shop. Will recommend to my friends 10/10.”

“Well, today (11/15/2024) I called "Pacific Auto Body & Paint" with 4.9 star review and spoke with Peter. I explained my situation (my Toyota Corolla) and he asked me to visit their shop and get advice from their specialist (other shops didn't do this!). I drove there and they fixed my problem in less than 15 minutes and at NO cost!! (how many shops will do this??). Peter was very polite and friendly, they have a very nice yard and garage, and did take care of my car right away (this is prioritization). Good customer service and knowing how to prioritize are very important to me and they deserve a 5 star review. Thank you Peter, good job to the Pacific Auto body & paint team.”
