Sung's Grooming Studio
11644 Ventura Blvd B, Studio CityWe just moved to the valley and have really struggled to find a new groomer for our Australian shepherd, nylo. Nylo requires a gentle hand and someone kind/patient. When he was little, he had a poor experience at a groomers that left him injured so I am very cautious with who I bring him to. He's very nervous when being left at any groomers as I'm sure he remembers the experience he had, so he does get a bit anxious. It was our first experience here at Sung's grooming studio and so far, we feel good about her! Her demeanor at drop off was gentle and sweet, so I felt comfortable leaving him there. It will probably take a few visits for him to feel more comfortable, but I can tell she's patient and understanding of his previous experience. She did a wonderful job on him. He's a very active dog for the most part so she did have to work out some of his tangles and knots, which we definitely appreciate. Keeping up with his thick fur is always hard work (especially for us) so when it comes to groomers, I pay attention to detail. His fur felt the "lightest" I've felt it in SO long so now I'm questioning the effort of any groomer we had before. We will definitely be back!

11633 Kling St, Studio CityThis business is the best!!!!! I do NOT trust anyone with my pets, especially my cat, who is very skittish and loves being alone. Unexpectedly I had to find a place for her for 3 weeks after my apartment flooded and.I had used them before for a weekend and they were phenomenal .
I also had my friend's dog with me as I was watching him during this time as a favor as well. So I was stuck trying to find a place to board two sensitive animals at the last minute.
The moment I called, they put me at ease and made room for me. I was so relieved and grateful. Not to mention the dog had tons of space in a safe environment and they have an outdoor area for pets to relax and play. They even had lots of lounge chairs for the dogs to rest on. It's a paradise for pets that even most humans don't get to experience. I was jealous and wanted to stay there myself, haha!!
They are also extremely watchful of the animals, I observed them with other pets and knew they were in the right caring hands.
Cannot recommend this place this enough!!

He is 16 and they take good care. at 16, he recently had to have a tooth extracted and dental work and go under anesthesia and they took such good care and time and energy to explain everything to me and give me the different options cause I was a nervous wreck, but it was all fine and they were very communicative and I so appreciate them.

Boulevard Pet Clinic

I had been going to VMC across the street for 12 years. Poor service, rude staff, and 2 vets that were always overbooked. My kitty had been sick, throwing up, diarrhea, didn't want to play or eat, or be touched, she didn't meow for 2 weeks. When I called VMC on Monday 12/15, they didn't see her until 12/19. They charged me $700 for blood work and sent us home. By 12/23 we spent 12 hours and $1700 in the Vet ER. My kitty had an ultrasound, more blood work, and was sent home with meds.
And then by 1/5, but the grace of G-d, my friend Nicole referred my to BLVD PET CLINIC and they saw my kitty within 24 hours. Maria and Brenda in the front were lovely, kind, and compassionate both on the phone and in person. Dr. Schwartz is absolutely WONDERFUL! He was patient and thorough, and after 40 years of owning his own Vet Practice, knew what meds my kitty needed immediately. Within 48 hours she was eating and more social.
After 2 weeks, we had completely turned a corner. There have been some small issues, but when I call their office, Dr. Schwartz calls me back within 15 minutes, and has a solution to whatever is ailing my kitty. And always recommends not bringing her in to further traumatize her, and has new meds ready immediately for me to come pick up.
I only wish I had found this office 20 years ago when I moved out here to LA, but super grateful this is now our new permanent home and veterinary care facility. My kitty is on her way back to health, and I owe it ALL to Dr. Schwartz!

We've had great experiences with all classes with both Jacqueline and Jo Anne at la's dog trainer. The tricks class with Jo Anne was particularly great as it helped us build a training relationship with our puppy in a fun way and the tricks ended up being a bonus to a more well behaved pup. 12833 Ventura Blvd Suite 149, Studio CityEnding our dinner at Sugarfish, the host recommended we try Van Leeuwen Ice Cream..and wow, I’m so glad we did. I got the Earl Grey and Sugar Cookie Dough, and it was absolutely delicious. The small cup was the perfect amount to end the evening.
The cashier was incredibly kind and let us sample several flavors until we found the ones we loved, which made the experience even better. Everything was so yummy ?
Highly recommend if you’re near one of their locations..and bonus, they have vegan options too!

Many of my fellow #TOPCELEBRITIES have drank coffee & also ? orange juice here, plus eat the food here together for more than 1 year. I have been friends with the workers here & owner for years (& they are wonderful). Sadly, lots of people around here & in here harass us & sex harass us, which is not good. I, my fellow celebrities, the workers here, & the owner don't deserve that stalking, harassment, & sex harassment. If people want a photo with us & our autographs, that is acceptable, however, the harassment & sex harassment is not acceptable & is against the law (& is also stalking, thus). It's not stalking if you are nice to us. Please be nice.

I usually go for the Satay Quesadilla or Blazing Basil but I've never been served something here I didn't love. Plus parking is no problem.

Kreation Juicery & Avoholic Bar - Tujunga
4361 Tujunga Ave, Studio CityI had a good experience at this Kreation. It was very typical of the ones I've been to before. Little table of samples which I love, nice employees, and clean space. I love that the juices come in glass jars, they are good quality so you can keep them and reuse them, which helps further justify the price of the juices. I got the healer juice, it was good! I do wish the juices would show dietary contents on the back. I got the healer juice bc there was no fruit, so best chance it was low sugar. The other juices could be like 20g of sugar and you'd never know it. But yeah, good juices, no complaints, but also Kreation never really WOWS me.
