“Store had the product in stock…price was comparable to similar products…but they have a 15% promo ($30 max) which gave me a better price…plus no core charge($15-22)…discount and core can exceed $50.00(competitors charge)staff is friendly and helpful…the only negative experience…wasn’t with me…I witnessed a refund was denied due to missing original packaging…who keeps packages over a few days…customer service has changed and mostly not for the good…”
