“We were traveling to Tahoe and had car trouble. We stopped at their store and they were very nice and helpful. We needed a camshaft sensor. They had the part, and lent us a socket wrench and a step stool (because it's a Ram truck, and it's tall). I was going to put it in and then another nice young man named Jose that happened to be another customer said he would do it for us. It didn't take long at all. He was very nice and it was like 100 degrees outside. We tried to pay him for his help, but he wouldn't take it.
What could have ended our trip turned out to be such a relief!”
