“I’ve always loved Ace!!! They have coolest stuff in there besides hardware. Anyway I just called this Ace ( in Suisun) to inquire about a hard to find lightbulb replacement for the laundry room. The woman that answered and I’m sorry I didn’t get her name, but she went above and beyond helping me find this replacement bulb. It turns out they have a couple bulbs no one else had. Her customer service was amazing and she sounded happy to help.
I just thought she deserved some recognition so I’m giving her and Ace 5 stars!”
“A worthy, old school hardware store. Lots of stuff on lots of shelves in lots of aisles! First timers are almost sure to get lost. Parking along front and side. Usually plenty of knowledgeable red vests about to ask for help. Great store in all respects!”

“The manager (or LOD?) on during a Presidents Day visit around 1pm was extremely unprofessional. He reprimanded an employee for helping us, making US feel like we had done the wrong thing. The very professional and friendly cashier made us comfortable again. Seems like that LOD shouldn't be in charge of other people because of his attitude.”

“I've only dealt with them over the phone and email. I've had nothing but great customer service. They make most of the cages my company uses for concrete foundation work. Excellent service and communication every time. If they cant help me they direct me to the Concord location where I get the same results. “I'll start off by saying Home Depot isn't my favorite store to go in being a woman.... I went in to get two toilets immediately got greeted by a tall big guy who helped me.. He assured me I didn't need to get the most expensive one and told me about will call.. Annabelle was such an angel. I had some problems using my gift card but she totally straightened it out. She was so helpful and sweet. She made an extremely frustrating experience not bad at all... She was in the returns/will call department and she rocks!!! “I had a return from the Lowe's in Sacramento. I scan my receipts or take pics. I had my picture receipt and had no problem exchanging the fan that I bought. I had the card I purchased it with and was credited the amount and then had to repurchase it.”

“My 23 year old Onan Microquiet 4000 RV generator would not start. My fault for not using it enough so the gasoline gelled in the carburetor. I took it to Bill and luckily he was able to clear it out and get it running properly. He also reset the rpm to produce the correct 62Hz output. He was fair, honest, knowledgeable and quick.
