“I love this location. Staff is super friendly. I went in today to purchase a gift card for Father’s Day. I was able to find them at the self checkout register so I pulled one off the shelf and proceeded to check out. The nice attendant walked up during my transaction to kindly inform me that I need to check out at customer service next time I’m purchasing a gift card. I thanked her for the information and finished my transaction. I saw no posted instructions that I needed to do this at customer service. If that is indeed the case, might I suggest to management or to Lowe’s merchandising team to have instructions posted or remove gift cards completely from the self checkout registers. :)”

Sure, some parts are a little pricey... but, I am completely amazed their WILLINGNESS to help: Whether it's searching for OEM parts (for MOST models, Carrier, Goodman, Rheem, Lennox, Payne, Trane, Bryant and more...) or offering lower priced & comparable after market replacements; Whether it's delivering the parts to you, placing Will-Call orders for you at other locations, or, showing integrity by directing you to their competitor's store if they know that that vendor can help you out by getting the rare part which they may not be able to... Two employees, Sebastian and Oscar, were exceptionally friendly, polite, and helpful. They quickly assisted me in locating and securing the items I needed on separate occasions, maintaining positive attitudes throughout. Their professionalism and customer-focused approach made a big difference.
