“Found out Horizon is part of a huge international company - they specialize in dealing with contractors who place large orders - I am very small customer with garden irrigation needs who visited the store many times (some with refunds) - the staff still took the time to give me guidance regarding my needs - a special salute to Chuck, Gumby and Jose (the staff I personally dealt with) - they are true professionals who are patient and pleasant at the same time !”

“This review is more direct at the staff of Platt, but this is one of the best stocked Platts I've been to in a while. Now the staff, 10/10! I was helped by a gentleman name Brandon who was by far the most helpful and pleasant person I've dealt with in a while! The other staff members were very attentive as well, making sure I was taken care of. Platt is my go to spot anyways and now Vacaville is my favorite location! Check them out!”
