“As an active duty military member, I deal with a lot of different companies and customer service representatives, and James at Horizon Distributors stands out. He was professional, respectful, and took care of everything without making it complicated. What impressed me most was that he went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed. He communicated clearly, followed through on what he said he would do, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. It’s rare to find someone who takes that much pride in their work and genuinely cares about helping the customer. Horizon Distributors is fortunate to have employees like James representing their company. Outstanding service and a great experience all around. Thank you, James.”

“This service is perfect for crossing off all those small tasks on your to-do list. In one visit, they fixed a leaky faucet, replaced a broken light switch, patched a hole in the wall, and tightened all our cabinet handles. Affordable, efficient, and everything works perfectly now.”

“Super knowledgeable and very friendly. Today, I went looking for a specific circuit breaker brand. Not only did the employees know, immediately the company I was looking for was brought out; they also knew which company now sold the parts I needed. Made the purchase (which was cheaper than the big home supply stores), got home, replaced the parts, and now I'm the hero of the house! Awesome team, thank you!”

“Awesome customer service! Very knowledgeable team that helped me get everything I needed to replace my water heater. Got a Bradford White 50-gallon gas heater to replace my 35-year-old model that started leaking. Better warranty and products than you will find at the big box home improvement stores. I would highly recommend Ferguson Plumbing Supple for all your commercial and residential plumbing needs.”
